| At the beginning of 2020,the pandemic of covid-19(a novel corona virus)worldwide further aggravated the uncertainty of "the last great change in 100 years" worldwide,and our country is at the starting point of the new development period of the 14 th Five-Year Plan.Human Resources is an important basis for the creation of this new pattern of development.At the same time,the new generation,knowledge-based employee group is gradually becoming the mainstream of the society,and how to implement effective incentives for them is of great practical significance.On the other hand,the cultural industry in the field of creative economy,as an emerging economic sector in the tertiary industry,is playing an increasingly important role now and in the future.This thesis takes Beijing Huanxiyu Media Company,a representative small and medium-sized private enterprise,as an example,and takes the improvement of the incentive mechanism of its new generation and knowledge-based employees as the point-cut to the relevant research.Through the benchmarking analysis of listed companies of the same industry from the financial dimension,extensive questionnaire survey,several field visits and interviews with managers in important positions,it is found that Beijing Huanxiyu Media Company has room for improvement in material incentive,spiritual incentive and work incentive.The root cause lies in the lack or deficiency of its organization and process setting,the construction of training and development channels and the cost-effectiveness of compensation payment.According to this situation,combined with incentive theory and management practice,a systematic incentive scheme of people operation is designed.Finally,the possible obstacles and negative incentive factors in the implementation of the program are predicted,and the corresponding countermeasures and solutions are proposed.Through the relevant research on the employee incentive mechanism of Beijing Huanxiyu Media Company.It aims to provide good sustainable management support and guarantee for the strong business development momentum of Beijing Huanxiyu Media Company.Also helps to provide a more comprehensive framework and new ideas for the design of the incentive mechanism of the new generation and knowledge workers in China. |
