With the development of population aging, the demand for old-age care presents a diversified development trend, and the number of elderly people who choose to stay in the diaspora also increase, forming a huge market group and attracting extensive attention from the academic community.Relevant studies mainly focus on migration motivation, behavioral characteristics, consumption patterns, physical and mental health, social integration and other aspects. The research attempts to explore the relationship between local culture perception, place attachment and subjective well-being of migrant birds from a new perspective, combining with the theory of place attachment and happiness,in order to reveal the law of behavior of this special group and provide reference for relevant departments to make decisions. The research takes migrant bird tourism immigrants to Hainan as the object to explore their perception of the local culture of the destination, whether they get happiness or improve place attachment, and to explore the correlation among them.Firstly,a mechanism model of local cultural perception, place attachment and subjective well-being of migratory birds was established through literature research.Secondly, questionnaire survey was carried out on the migrant birds who came to Hainan.A total of 480 questionnaires were sent out,and 404 were effectively recovered, with an effective recovery rate of 84.17%.Finally,SPSS26.0 and AMOS23.0 statistical software were used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, factor analysis and structural equation analysis on the collected data, and to test the mediating effect of place identity and place dependence in place attachment.Through empirical analysis, the main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Local cultural perception can be divided into three dimensions: landscape cultural perception, spiritual cultural perception and institutional cultural perception. There is a positive relationship between local culture perception and place attachment, among which landscape culture perception has the most significant influence. And the overall effect of local cultural perception on local dependence is higher than that of local identity;(2)There is a positive relationship between local cultural perception and subjective well-being.Among them, landscape culture perception and spiritual culture perception have direct and significant positive influence on subjective well-being,while the direct influence of institutional culture perception is not significant;(3)There is a positive relationship between place attachment and subjective well-being,and the influence of place dependence is greater than that of place identity, indicating that the attachment of migratory birds to the destination is mainly from functional dependence;(4)Local cultural perception has a positive impact on subjective well-being through the mediating effect of place dependence and place identity in place attachment.Among them, place attachment plays a partial mediating role between landscape culture perception, spiritual culture perception and subjective well-being,and a complete mediating role between institutional culture perception and subjective well-being.Based on the research results, management countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of improving the hardware and software facilities of the destination, strengthening the interaction between tourists and local residents, and enriching the landscape cultural experience projects,so as to promote the market management and development of this group.
