A Study On The Activists In The Land Reform Movement And Their Education During The Liberation War Period

Activists are a group with special historical status in the process of mass mobilization of the Communist Party of China.In the process of revolution and construction led by the Communist Party of China,activists have always played as a foregoer in the mass movement,played a huge role in the smooth progress of various movements,and are an important part of the mass mobilization mechanism of the Communist Party of China.Therefore,an in-depth study of the mobilization and education of activists in the land reform movement during the War of Liberation and a micro interpretation of the specific practice of the CPC in mobilizing and leading the masses,will help us learn from vivid historical events and carry out mass mobilization and education more widely and deeply in the new era.The paper systematically examines and discusses the historical practice of the mobilization and education of the Communist Party of China(CPC)activists during the War of Liberation from many aspects,such as the subjective and objective needs of the mobilization of activists in the land reform movement,the emergence and role of the activists,the problems of the activists and their education,and the historical experience and practical enlightenment of the mobilization and education activists,It consists of the following four parts:First of all,through the macro grasp of the general background,elaborates the objective needs of the CPC to mobilize activists and the subjective motivation of farmers to become activists.Under the urgent situation of the War of Liberation,the emergence of activists is a two-way interaction between the Communist Party of China and the majority of the bottom people based on the historical conditions at that time and their respective practical needs.The emergence of activists has its historical inevitability.Secondly,Through the examination of the literature related to land reform during the Liberation War,the main criteria and application methods of the CPC’s mobilization and selection of activists are summarized,as well as the specific role of activist groups in corresponding historical events.During the War of Liberation,the Communist Party of China creatively solved a series of problems in mass mobilization and trained a large number of activists who played a great role in the movement,starting from its own class theory and combining with the specific conditions of various places.Thirdly,based on the relevant historical documents,explores the problems of the activists in the land reform movement during the War of Liberation and their educational process.The problems that exist in the activist groups with considerable commonness are often the result of the joint action of various historical and realistic factors.Therefore,the Communist Party of China has made continuous and targeted education for activists through various ways and contents,so that the activist groups gradually grow into the backbone of rural society.Ultimately,on the basis of the above analysis,analyzes the shortcomings of the CPC in the process of mobilization and education,and summarizes the historical experience and practical enlightenment of the CPC’s mobilization and education activists during the War of Liberation.At the beginning of the movement,due to lack of experience,some regions adopted wrong methods in the process of mobilizing and educating activists.In the process of gradual correction,the Communist Party of China summarized relevant experience,so that the mass movement developed rapidly in various regions.The advantages and disadvantages of mobilization and education activists during this period enlighten us that we must adhere to the Party’s leadership and mass line,and constantly strengthen the system construction and ideological construction.
