| In addition to the health impacts of public health crises, the rapid spread and consequent disease control measures create many challenges and pressures. For example,it also causes harm to the mental health of individuals.Everyone’s psychological capacity in emergency situations is different. In the same emergency situation, some people feel more anxiety and pain about public crisis than others. In the study, psychological resilience is affected by external factors, which means that the amount of external resources will affect an individual’s tolerance to crisis. To this end,2303 Chinese citizens were surveyed by questionnaire in this study. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of external environmental factor, the degree of community resilience,on psychological resilience in public crises, the extent to which local government trust as a moderating variable influences the relationship between community resilience and psychological resilience, and the extent to which government trust as a moderating variable influences the relationship between anxiety and psychological resilience under the impact of random public crises.First,in order to explore the advantages and resilience factors in public crises,we divided communities into five categories(urban village communities, school communities, rural communities, commercial housing communities, and mixed communities). In our study on community resilience differences,we found that community resilience varies among different types of communities. In terms of emergency preparedness, school community and commercial housing community have the strongest emergency preparedness, while mixed community has the weakest emergency preparedness. In terms of trust, the school community and rural community have the highest trust, and the mixed community has the lowest trust.School community and commercial housing community have the strongest social support, while mixed community has the weakest social support. In terms of leadership, the leadership ability of school community and commercial housing community is the strongest, and the leadership ability of mixed community is the weakest. In terms of place attachment, school community and rural community had the strongest place attachment, while mixed community had the weakest place attachment.Secondly,in the main effect study,we found that community resilience and local government trust are significantly positively correlated with psychological resilience, which means that the higher the community resilience, the stronger the psychological resilience. The same is true of residents who have a high level of trust in local government, and residents who have a high level of trust in local government are also more psychologically resilient. There is a significant negative correlation between anxiety and mental toughness, that is,the stronger the mental toughness, the lower the anxiety. In the further correlation study of community resilience and psychological resilience,it is found that the "sense of place attachment" and "sense of trust" in community resilience have the most significant impact on individual psychological resilience. Therefore, for community managers,by increasing community residents’ attachment degree to the region and their sense of trust in the community, their individual resilience to public crises can be enhanced. Finally,in the moderating effect, the research finds that local government trust affects community resilience and psychological resilience.Local government trust is a protective factor for individuals.Trust enhances the impact of community resilience on psychological resilience, and has a more positive effect on those with high trust. Moreover, trust in local government lessens the damage that anxiety does to mental resilience. That is,for individuals in public crisis, trust in local government is for those with high trust in government, and high trust reduces the damage of anxiety on psychological resilience. And for those with low levels of trust in government, low trust increases the damage anxiety can do to mental resilience. These findings are significant for governance in crisis.Individuals in crisis are regarded as unstable factors, and they will choose some inappropriate practices due to the problem of personal endurance, which makes the loss in the crisis amplified.Optimizing good community resilience and enhancing individual psychological resilience in crisis will reduce the probability of crisis expansion to a certain extent. In the process of optimizing community resilience and enhancing psychological resilience, trust is a positive auxiliary factor.Catalyzed by a high sense of trust, individuals in crisis are more cooperative with the government. For the government, high trust is conducive to promoting the development of social connection and social network in the community, strengthening the transmission and application of social support, improving the cognition and utilization ability of community members to social support, and enhancing the self-regulation and self-repair ability of the community.Based on the above research results, relevant countermeasures are proposed from the two aspects of endogenous development and information resilience construction. The research not only provides corresponding countermeasures for resilience governance in practice, but also enriches the theoretical content of resilience governance in China to a certain extent. |
