"Chang Ya Wang" is based on the Zhuang folk belief of King of Singing.In Zhuang folk belief,King Ya is a goddess integrating creation god,fertility god and rice God,which has a very important influence on Zhuang people.As Ya Wang would experience "serious illness-death-resurrection" every year,Zhuang people in the area where the King’s belief culture spread would gather together on a specific day and hold a special sacrifice ceremony,which over time formed a local custom,namely "Chang Ya Wang".In this paper,"Chang Ya Wang" is regarded as an oral tradition of Zhuang people.Based on the field investigation in Xilin,Guangxi,the paper focuses on the specific forms of the local "Chang Ya Wang" tradition in different historical periods,and gives a deep description and explanation on specific cases.The whole paper is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the reason of topic selection,research object and research significance of this topic;This paper summarizes the current research status of Zhuang people’s "Chang Ya Wang".The second part takes the local history as the starting point,and summarizes the main areas where the tradition of "Chang Ya Wang" spreads,as well as the natural and cultural background of this area.The third part grasps the "Chang Ya Wang" as a whole,and summarizes and briefly analyzes its various forms.The fourth part,based on field investigation,deeply describes and explains the people,objects,rituals and texts of "Chang Ya Wang" ceremony performance,and sorts out the rules of "Chang Ya Wang" ceremony performance through specific cases.The fifth part focuses on the inheritance of "Chang Ya Wang" in the context of the new era and the relevant protection measures,and puts forward the corresponding theoretical suggestions. |
