Study On The Willingness And Influencing Factors Of Farmers’ Participation In Rural Tourism Development In Agricultural Cultural Heritage Site

In recent years,many rural areas have joined the upsurge of rural tourism development,and tourism has become the employment choice of more farmers.In the "14th Five-Year" development plan and 2035 outline,in 2019,China’s rural leisure tourism industry has a total of 3.2 billion tourists,the total revenue of more than 850 billion.Rural revitalization strategy in the big report presented by xi jinping,general secretary,the form of rural tourism in rural areas has become the country revitalization to find just one of the most important way we have achieved the goal,combined with the rural tourism development and agricultural cultural heritage,to maximize the benefit of the rural tourism development at the same time can also be called on people to protect agricultural cultural heritage,especially the local farmers,the rural tourism development has not only increased the local farmer’s employment way,also from a certain extent,affects the local farmers living habits and production levels.However,there are also some problems at present,such as the poor participation of farmers and the lack of awareness of farmers.This paper selects Xinghua Duotian in Taizhou,Jiangsu Province as a typical case.This area is also an important agricultural cultural heritage site in China.For this area,since the rise of rural tourism development industry,it has also brought a great impact on the daily life of farmers,which is closely related to the agricultural cultural heritage,namely Xinghua Duotian System.This paper draws on both at home and abroad about the rural tourism development,agricultural cultural heritage,farmers to participate in rural tourism development related literature research,and through field investigation,through the way of questionnaire survey to explore the farmers Xing Hua crib for field region,and using binary Logistic regression model to deal with the questionnaire,the Xing Hua crib field influence factors of farmers’ willingness to participate in rural tourism development to conduct a comprehensive analysis,and the farmers can better participate in rural tourism development and protection of agricultural heritage put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.First of all,the paper analyzes the current situation of Duotian area in Xinghua and concludes that although the current tourism development has brought considerable income and influence to the local production and life,it has also produced some problems.Specific are: 1,the increase of garbage leads to serious water pollution;2.The enthusiasm of local farmers to participate in tourism development is not strong;3.The tourist destination has prominent seasonal characteristics;4.The government’s protection is insufficient.Secondly,according to their willingness to participate in the results of the summary and analysis,finally obtained the following results: the main factors affecting farmers’ willingness to participate in rural tourism development include: education level,family population,living cost,land threatened situation,whether the government protection in place five aspects.In order to improve farmers’ participation enthusiasm and better protect agricultural cultural heritage,the author believes that the following aspects can be carried out :(1)improve the cultural quality of farmers,enhance farmers’ participation ability,enhance the professional training skills of employees,learn related tourism development policies,etc.(2)Improve the distribution system of scenic spots,adjust the cost of living appropriately,so as to achieve a balance of employment among farmers,appropriately broaden the channels of employment and income increase for farmers,and ensure a fair and just distribution system.(3)Multiple participation in pollution control can strengthen the awareness of farmers,publicize the positive benefits of pollution control,and give play to the role of village collectives and village cadres.(4)Improve the legal system and guarantee the land contract right of peasant households.(5)Give play to the leading role of the government,optimize the development environment of farmers,the government should establish and improve the fund investment and operation mechanism,and pay attention to the working attitude and efficiency of government staff.
