The cultural tourism industry is comprehensive,highly integrated and widely involved.It has a strong radiation driving ability and a good market prospect.It is of important theoretical and guiding value to clarify the theoretical logic of high-quality development of cultural and tourism industry,explore and study the development level and spatial and temporal differences of regional cultural and tourism industry,probe the influence mechanism,and propose a scientific industrial development optimization path.From the perspective of industry chain,this paper expounds the theoretical connotation of high-quality development of the cultural and tourism industry and determines the index system according to the technical route of "theoretical construction--spatial pattern--evolution process--formation mechanism--optimization path".Taking 11 county-level administrative units of Yantai City as the research object,the paper measures the development level of the cultural and tourism industry from 2011 to 2020,analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics and the time evolution process,explores the influence mechanism of the cultural and tourism industry of Yantai City,and finally puts forward the optimization path of the cultural and tourism industry of Yantai City from four aspects.To provide a set of Yantai scheme for the formulation of cultural and tourism industry development routes and measures in different regions.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry is guided by the five development concepts of innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing,and conforms to the requirements of The Times of ecological civilization,healthy China,tourism in the whole region,industrial integration and experience economy.The ideological core includes the five characteristics of green development,urban-rural integration,balanced supply and demand,industrial optimization and joint construction and sharing.The construction and improvement of industrial chain is the path to realize the high quality development of cultural tourism industry.(2)The measurement result of the high-quality development level of Yantai cultural and tourism industry shows that from 2011 to 2020,the evaluation score of the high-quality development level of Yantai cultural and tourism industry shows an overall increasing trend.From 2011 to 2017,it was a rapid growth stage,and from2017 to 2019,the growth rate slowed down and reached the highest development level in 2019.Due to the impact of the novel coronavirus,the level of development in 2020 has decreased from that in 2019.During the study period,the evaluation scores of resources and research and development,products and business types improved significantly,while the marketing and output subsystems showed a development trend of first growth and then weakening due to the influence of various factors.According to the evaluation score,the best and worst developing parts have evolved from resources and research and development and products and business forms in 2011 to resources and research and development and marketing and output in 2020.(3)According to the measurement results,the 11 districts and cities were divided horizontally,and the development level of Yantai’s cultural and tourism industry was divided into four categories: low-level area,low-level area,high-level area and high-level area.From the perspective of spatial distribution pattern,it has formed a spatial pattern of cultural tourism industry development with Zhifu and Penglai as the core,the northwest coastal areas as the lead,and the northwest high and southeast low.The spatial distribution of development quality of each subsystem is not strictly consistent with the overall distribution.The development levels of resources and research and development,products and business forms,marketing and output are respectively "high in the north and low in the south","high in the north and low in the southeast" and "high in the south and low in the northwest".(4)The influence of different factors on the high quality development of Yantai cultural and tourism industry is explored by using the geographical detector model.The results show that the impact factors in the evaluation index system of the impact factors have different degrees of influence on the high-quality development of the cultural tourism industry in Yantai City,but the influence of the factors is significantly different.The density of cultural resources,the index of transportation accessibility,the number of educational research and development institutions of cultural tourism and the level of population quality have a more significant impact on the development of cultural tourism industry in Yantai City.In the interactive detection results,the influence values of the interaction of the two factors showed a double factor enhancement relationship and nonlinear enhancement,and there was no independent,single factor nonlinear weakening and nonlinear weakening.(5)The paper puts forward the path of optimizing and improving the high-quality development of Yantai cultural and tourism industry from four aspects.Firstly,according to the differences in the development level of cultural tourism industry in different districts and cities,the development types of Yantai’s cultural tourism industry are divided into four categories: innovation-driven development type,high-end product cultivation type,industrial benefit driving type,and comprehensive optimization and promotion type.The corresponding optimization strategies are put forward for the main problems of each type area.Secondly,taking Yantai’s Marine cultural tourism as an example,based on the analysis of the development status,the paper constructs the industrial chain of Yantai’s Marine cultural tourism by following the path of "chain building-strong chain-chain extension".Thirdly,the cultural and tourism industrial complex should be built by creating five industrial ecospheres to stimulate the vitality of cultural and tourism.Finally,it puts forward four major projects to guarantee the high-quality development of cultural and tourism industry from four aspects: resource mining,tourism service,innovation ability and marketing publicity. |
