Research On The High Quality Development Of Chinese Animation Enterprises In The New Era

At the fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out that "in the new era,we should thoroughly implement the new development concept and accelerate the high-quality and stable development of all industries." Based on Chinese national conditions,accelerating the high-quality development of cultural industry is not only an important part of socialist civilization construction,but also can greatly improve the country’s cultural soft power and better implement the strategy of cultural power.The animation companies in the development process,is mainly to "creative" as the emphasis,using animation and comic form to show,with the characteristics low energy consumption,high knowledge intensity,high output value,which is a core module in the field of cultural industry that played an irreplaceable important role in promoting cultural industry high speed economic development.First of all,this paper takes the existing relevant research conclusions as an important basis,introducing research methods such as literature research method,case analysis method,comprehensive analysis method and so on,with reference to the strategic management theory,the industry structure theory and so on.Firstly,introducing PEST analysis method,SCP analysis method and some other method to analyze the high-quality development environment of Chinese animation companies,Secondly,selecting C animation company as the researching object to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the specific situation of Chinese animation companies in terms of high-quality development,and point out that their problems in high-quality development include lack of innovation in product content,backward concept awareness,slow business growth,lack of obvious channel advantages,the weak concept of business efficiency and the lack of high-quality talents have led to the dilemma that exists in the development of the animation industry in China as a whole.And then using the analysis conclusions as an important basis and guidance to point out specific directions for the high-quality development of Chinese animation companies.The advanced models and concepts of the high-quality development of the animation industry in Japan,South Korea and many other countries provide an important reference for promoting the high-quality development of Chinese animation companies.Finally,the conclusion of the previous analysis is sorted and summarized,combined with the actual development of Chinese animation industry,and then it is proposed to strengthen product innovation,rationally plan and build an enterprise development pattern,expand marketing channels,improve business efficiency,and cultivate internal and external talents to accelerate the countermeasures for promotion of high-quality development of the Chinese animation enterprises,thus achieve the goal of improving the development level of Chinese animation enterprises.Chinese animation enterprises should strengthen their own core competitiveness constantly,and optimize the marketing mode,and improve economic efficiency.Then on this basis,actively carrying out the talent team construction work,providing important guarantee for high quality animation enterprises in the talent,innovating in the content,combining with Chinese excellent traditional culture,creating excellent national brand,to push Chinese animation industry to achieve high-quality and stable development.
