The Relationship Among High Students’ Perceived Parental Academic Education Anxiety,Emotional Regulation Self-efficacy And Academic Emotion | | Posted on:2022-01-28 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:L Z Chen | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2555307151986869 | Subject:Applied psychology | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | Parental academic education anxiety is a kind of worry and anxiety of parents in the face of their children’s academic status and results.Excessive parental academic education anxiety can hinder students’ academic development.High school students are in the critical period of their academic development.Heavy academic tasks and pressure of entering a higher school can easily lead to bad academic emotions in the learning process.The research on parents’ academic education anxiety and high school students’ academic emotions can not only promote the in-depth research on the current problems of parents’ educational anxiety,but also promote the development of family education and alleviate the practical needs of students’ academic emotions.From this study discusses the perspective of academic education parents anxiety,using qualitative research,questionnaire survey method,to high school students as the research object,the preparation of a suitable for our country high school students perceive their parents school education anxiety measurement tools,this paper discusses the current situation of academic education parents anxiety,inspection and parents education school anxiety emotion regulation of the relationship between self-efficacy and academic emotion.Finally,the following conclusions were drawn:1.The structure of parents’ academic education anxiety includes four dimensions:admission and employment,academic performance,learning attitude and learning state,with a total of 16 questions.The overall Cronbach’s α coefficient of the questionnaire is0.90.2.Parents’ academic education anxiety was at the medium level;There were significant differences in the perception of parental academic education anxiety among high school students of different genders,and the parental academic education anxiety of boys was significantly higher than that of girls(p < 0.01);High school students of different grades perceived their parents’ academic education anxiety significantly different,the scores of high school students were significantly higher than high school students(p < 0.001);There is no significant difference in high school students’ perception of their parents’ academic education anxiety.3.Parental academic education anxiety was significantly negatively correlate with emotional regulation self-efficacy and positive academic emotion,and significantly positively correlated with positive academic emotion,and negatively correlated with negative academic emotion.4.Self-efficacy of emotional regulation played a complete mediating role in the relationship between parents’ academic anxiety and positive academic emotion,with a mediating effect of-0.06,accounting for 60.75%;Self-efficacy of emotional regulation partially mediated the relationship between parents’ academic anxiety and negative academic emotion,with a mediating effect of 0.06,accounting for 16.22%.This study shows that the self-designed questionnaire has good reliability and validity,and can be used for related research on parents’ academic education anxiety.Parental academic education anxiety can directly affect the negative academic emotions of high school students,and indirectly affect the positive and negative academic emotions of high school students through emotion regulation of self-efficacy. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Parental academic education anxiety, Emotion regulation self-efficacy, Academic emotion, High school students | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
