In recent years,adolescent anxiety,depression,and a variety of psychological problems are common.Therefore,adolescents' mental health has become a hot issue of concern in all over the social.The national health commission and other departments attach great importance to this issue and jointly issued the healthy China action--action plan for children and adolescents' mental health(2019-2030).This study closely follows the hot spots and needs of The times,and takes adolescent anxiety as an entry point to explore the relationship between adolescent perception of parental conflict and anxiety,and analyzes the internal and external influencing factors.This research adopts questionnaire survey method.The subjects were 441 students from grade one to grade three in a middle school in tian jin.This paper mainly discusses the relationship between perceived parental conflict,cognitive emotion regulation strategies,interpersonal interference and anxiety.The conclusions of this study are as follows :(1)Girls have higher levels of perceived parental conflict and anxiety than boys,and boys have higher levels of interpersonal distress than girls.Divorced families scored higher on perceived parental conflict and negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies.Seventh graders had the highest levels of perceived parental conflict and interpersonal relationship disorder,while ninth graders had the lowest.The lower grades had the highest levels of anxiety,interpersonal distress and parental conflict perception.(2)there was a significant positive correlation between parental conflict perception level,interpersonal relationship distress,negative cognitive adjustment strategies and anxiety in adolescents.The perceived level of parental conflict was negatively correlated,Anxiety and positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies in adolescents.(3)interpersonal stress and negative cognitive emotion regulation strategies have significant mediating effects on adolescents' conflict and anxiety towards their parents.(4)the mediating effect of positive cognitive emotion regulation strategies on interpersonal relationship disorder adolescents' perception of the relationship between parental conflict and anxiety,in other words,Under the regulation of positive cognitive emotion regulation strategy,the mediation effect of interpersonal relationship interference is more significant.Educational suggestions: The school develop psychological classes in various grades and conduct multiple competitions and activities to guide students to learn more about psychological knowledge;the Mental Health Center: publicize to all the students,let them know the place,time and form of school psychological counseling;Families: Parents learn non-violent communication to increase parent-child interaction and care;Parents use We Chat,public number and other platforms of home-school interaction,timely understand the physical and mental health of young people.Society:The government promulgates and implements relevant documents;Health and education departments at all levels shall establish sound channels for reporting violence by teachers and parents,bullying by students,and abuse of children and adolescents,so as to protect children's healthy growing environment.
