In the context of an era where innovation continues to be advocated,music,as an important discipline for cultivating people’s innovative thinking and imagination,is also constantly advancing classroom reform.The "Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)" emphasizes the need to focus on creative practice and artistic expression in the classroom to develop and cultivate students’ creative and practical abilities to think creatively,discover and solve problems.How to innovate and optimize the classroom,and how to cultivate students’ creative thinking and independent thinking abilities in the music classroom require teachers to comprehensively apply multidisciplinary knowledge,activate textbooks,and build a music creative classroom.This article starts with the teaching practice of integrating self-made musical instruments into the music classroom,goes deep into the music classroom of primary schools,selects fourth grade students as the research object,and adopts a task driven approach to guide students to develop self-made musical instruments: button frog chirping strings,button rocker strings,colorful bottle cap sand hammers,fishbowl transparent flutes,and fun panpipes...and uses the instruments made by students to carry out singing,appreciation,performance,and improvisation Music practice activities such as communication and evaluation.In practice,the teaching strategy of using self-made musical instruments as a means to construct a creative music classroom for middle school students effectively enhances students’ sense of experience in instrumental music performance,and plays an important role in cultivating students’ hands-on ability,timbre perception ability,and musical expression ability.
