Research On The Genre Merge Of Domestic Teen-Themed Films Since 2013

After 2013,Chinese teen-themed films,which once became one of the favorite topics of directors,began to show the characteristics of genre.However,this situation did not last long.Teen-themed films lost their popularity for various reasons,including the lack of meaning of youth and the avoidance of youth issues in the nostalgic youth narrative of pain and love.However,the flame of teen-themed films has not been extinguished.With the development of Chinese teen-themed films,directors begans to seek a breakthrough way in the creation of teen-themed films.While continuing the genre creation method,they also sought a more appropriate genre form for the expression of teen’s themes.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background and significance,research content and methods,etc.The second chapter is "teen musical film: the expression of teen encouragement",This chapter takes Chinese teen-themed films which showing the characteristics of musical films as the analysis object,and analyzes the characteristics of Chinese teen musical films and the differences between them and traditional musical films.The third chapter is "teen crime film: the continuation of the cruel story of teen".This chapter takes crime-themed films in Chinese teen-themed films as the analysis object,and analyzes the positioning of delinquent teenagers and victims in crime cases,the reasons they involved in this case and the characteristics of crime films in Chinese teen-themed films.The fourth chapter is "teen fantasy film: Making up for the youth regret".This chapter takes Chinese teen-themed films with the characteristics of fantasy films as the analysis object,analyzes the continuity of fantasy in the films and the effect of fantasy to the hero.The fifth chapter is "the reason of the formation of the multigenre merge characteristics of Chinese teen-themed films".This chapter describes the influence of teenagers in the creation of Chinese teen-themed films under the background of the pre-figurative culture and the post-subculture.Finally,this article believes that although the integration of teen-themed films with existing film genres has achieved initial results,a closer look reveals that these expressions are neither profound nor comprehensive.At the same time,teen-themed films can also be integrated with more film genres.In short,there is still a lot of room for the development of teen-themed films.
