This paper based on the contemporary Chinese typical movies, mainly withcontemporary Chinese musical films for the study, using the same history and logicanalysis, the evolution of musical films of media, case analysis of the audiovisuallanguage, this paper discusses the typed contemporary Chinese musical filmsdevelopment strategy.From classic Hollywood primarily the United States early musical films ofdevelopment to desktop dancing and singing, mix style after the coexistence of dancingand singing, new Hollywood of musical films to desktop mix style after musical filmsand the youth of fusion dance of the three pillars of the new period of musical films, thetype of form is not achieved overnight. Although the contemporary Chinese musicalfilms with the creation of the freedom of the environment, but production quantity is notmuch, especially in narrative type of musical films why, and not from the form style andcreation on the amount practices, is still in the type of missing state. Increasing thenumber of movie audience, increase gradually around the cinema, gradually to song anddance genre movie interested in director and actor, let the song and dance genre movieformed in China have opportunities for improvement.
