Aesthetics has many different forms of expression,and tragedy is also a special form of expression.Tragedy exposes the ugliness and evil of society or human nature by destroying the beautiful things in the world.It brings a sense of pleasure and sublime beauty while producing sad feelings.Tragedy has a variety of forms.This paper divides tragedy into three major types according to the history of western aesthetics to study and analyze historical teleplays and guide the creation of historical drama The Wind Will Set the Falling Flowers Deep.Starting from the type of tragedy,the article is divided into three parts to explore the three types of tragedy: fate tragedy,social tragedy,and personality tragedy.The first part starts from the overall construction of the "fate motif" of fate tragedy,and increases the drama in the overall story through the "sudden turn" setting in the story plot,ultimately presenting the protagonist’s theme of resistance to his own fate,Exploring how "fate" becomes the decisive force in the ending of tragic characters,and expressing this characteristic through the portrayal of the male protagonist Lu Jin.The second part lays the foundation for the overall social background of social tragedy,expressing the tragic fate of the lower class small figures through the conflicts and contradictions between the social reality and the characters at that time,thereby expressing a strong social critical spirit.Zhang Ting and Zeng Boya in the script are the victims of social tragedy.The third part highlights the reasons for the formation of personality defects in tragic characters through the portrayal of the "trigger" of personality tragedies,and reflects them through certain behavioral channels,such as the character Wang Fu in "The Wind Settles and the Flowers Fall Deep".Due to his stubbornness in personality,he transformed from the victim to the perpetrator,and ultimately suffered the consequences of his own actions.By analyzing and studying the characteristics of different types of tragedy and their respective aesthetic values,this paper discusses how to construct tragic characters and express corresponding distress and tragic consciousness in the creation of historical TV dramas,so as to achieve the purpose of educating people in emotional morality. |
