In the post-epidemic era,the role of the public has been transformed into the "first responsible person" for their own health.From the "last resort" in the past to taking the initiative to wear masks to protect their own health,the public’s awareness of self-health protection has been significantly improved.Although wearing a mask covered part of the original face,it created another carefully "managed" face as a "tool" for online and offline communication between people,and continued to transmit information and express emotions in the social network along with the process of physical communication,which is undoubtedly an available medium of expression and communication.Therefore,the author will use the relevant theoretical knowledge of communication,iconography and semiotics to apply the mask as an independent advertising media in the research of advertising information dissemination under the media scale of pan-media,and propose the mask plane design practice that is conducive to the transmission of information and expression of emotion,and put forward new ideas and methods for the change of people’s information transmission media in the future society in a special period.
