With the continuous development and transformation of educational methods,in the learning life of junior high school students today, the traditional instillation education has been abandoned, and the method of combining teacher guidance with students’ autonomous inquiry learning is more advocated. The most common method of autonomous inquiry learning is group discussion, but regardless of the method, students are required to interact and cooperate with each other in a small group. However, according to existing research, gender nonconformity groups will encounter more rejection in peer interaction. So whether this rejection is caused by stereotypes of junior high school students about gender nonconformity students, and whether this negative impact can be intervened through group psychological counseling to provide gender nonconformity students with a more inclusive and friendly growth environment and campus environment,is the question that this study aims to explore. This study is divided into three parts: The preliminary study obtained the stereotype content materials of junior high school students towards gender nonconformity students through qualitative analysis. In the first study, junior high school students were selected as subjects and divided into gender nonconformity stereotype activation group and control group. The subjects in the activation group read the activation materials obtained from the preliminary experiment to activate gender nonconformity group stereotype,After that, subjects in both the activation group and the control group completed an ultimatum task with gender nonconformity junior high school students of different genders to measure their cooperative behavior with gender nonconformity groups. The results showed that the rejection rate of the gender nonconformity stereotype activation group on ultimatum tasks was significantly higher than that of the control group, and gender nonconformity stereotype would have a negative impact on the level of cooperative behavior of junior high school students within and outside the gender nonconformity group. Moreover, when male subjects face gender nonconformity men, they exhibit a higher rejection rate than when they face gender nonconformity women. The cooperative behavior of female subjects towards gender nonconformity students is not affected by their physiological gender, which means that junior high school women hold the same level of cooperative behavior towards gender nonconformity men and women.Study 2 designed a group psychological counseling program based on group dynamics theory and cognitive behavior theory, and selected the activated group of subjects in Experiment 1 for intervention, while the remaining unselected subjects served as the control group. The experimental results show that, through intervention, the rejection rate of junior high school students on ultimatum tasks, especially on moderate fair allocation schemes in tasks, significantly decreases and the level of cooperation increases for gender nonconformity students. However, there was no significant change in the distribution schemes at low and high levels of fairness. There was no significant change in the level of cooperative tasks in the control group before and after the pretest.Through research,it is found that activation of gender nonconformity stereotypes can reduce junior high school students’ cooperative behavior.Among them, the level of cooperative behavior of junior high school girls is not affected by the gender of gender nonconformity individuals, while the level of cooperative behavior of junior high school boys when facing gender nonconformity boys is significantly lower than that of girls. In addition, through group psychological counseling to improve junior high school students’ perception of gender nonconformity groups and pull in social distance,it can effectively reduce junior high school students’ rejection rate on cooperative tasks and improve their willingness to cooperate with gender nonconformity individuals.
