| Since the 1980s,the problem of drug trafficking has become more and more rampant in the world,which seriously endangers the stability of society and the safety of people’s lives and property.In the increasingly severe situation of drug control,governm ents at all levels and public security organs have vigorously carried out drug withdrawal work of drug addicts,and have made great efforts for drug addicts to reintegrate into the society,and have carried out solid work and achieved certain results.However,with the development of the social situation,there are some problems in the social integration of drug addicts.For example,drug addicts are increasingly showing the psychological phenomenon of low spirits and fear of communicating with others,and then a series of social problems such as discrimination in employment,drug relapse,being disliked by family members and so on.These problems also have a negative impact on the construction of a harmonious society.How to help drug addicts reintegrate into the society has become the focus of attention of governments at all levels and the society.It has also attracted the attention of public security departments,and is actively exploring effective solutions.Taking Tongzhou District of Nantong City as the research object,this paper adopts the methods of literature research,interview,empirical analysis,induction and deduction,and according to the social governance theory,government policy theory and information management theory,analyzes the current situation of social integration of drug addicts.It concludes that there are poor psychological correction effect,insufficient social integration ability and low social governance level of social integration,The main reasons are the lack of cooperation among drug addicts,low social recognition,low participation of social forces and low utilization of information technology.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of psychological correction system,increase social employment placement,strengthen the construction of drug control culture,and improve the level of social integration information management.In this paper,some research results have been formed in the policy and system construction of social integration of drug addicts,which can provide useful enlightenment for government departments to formulate policies on social integration of drug addicts. |
