| The problem of drug abuse continues to spread.The problems of high relapse rate of drug addicts,difficult withdrawal and consolidation and difficult integration into society are still prominent.The task of community drug rehabilitation is very heavy.Community drug rehabilitation is to continuously strengthen the employment assistance and social security work of community drug rehabilitation personnel after returning to society under the construction of a drug rehabilitation work system combining drug addiction treatment,rehabilitation return and assistance.At present,the academic community has not conducted a comprehensive and systematic research on the social integration of community drug rehabilitation personnel,a special group,and the research on the construction of the theoretical model of social integration of community drug rehabilitation personnel still needs to be further constructed and improved.In view of this,the construction of a more systematic and scientific model of influencing factors of social integration of community drug rehabilitation personnel is of great significance to improve the theory of social integration.Based on social integration theory and Maslow’s hierarchical needs theory,this paper collects data on the current situation of social integration of community drug rehabilitation personnel in the form of questionnaire and interview,and constructs the influencing factor model of social integration of community drug rehabilitation personnel through the research design based on "grounded theory".The classified social factors,family factors and personal factors are organically and completely connected to reflect the influencing factors of social integration of community drug rehabilitation personnel.After summarizing the relevant influencing factors,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis,and empirically tests the proposed research hypothesis through linear regression and quantitative analysis of relevant data.Finally,based on the systematic analysis of the social integration status and influencing factors of community drug rehabilitation personnel in Shanghai,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the social integration of individual drug rehabilitation personnel,government departments and decision-makers.Through the research,it can be found that most drug rehabilitation personnel are full of fear and panic about their life after lifting the compulsory isolation and detoxification,which is easy to produce negative psychology and bad emotions,which affects the reconstruction of their values in the process of social integration.Community drug rehabilitation people with strong willingness to maintain their integrity can often overcome their own psychological addiction barriers,and families can become a strong driving force for drug rehabilitation people to open good drug rehabilitation ethics.Good community integration can make the "membership" of community drug rehabilitation personnel widely recognized by the community,so as to enhance their self-identity.The weak social support network system will make it more difficult to achieve the goal of employment.Moreover,the economic environment of community drug rehabilitation personnel largely depends on their actual employment situation.In terms of the influencing factors of integration,government policies have played an important role in the social integration of community drug rehabilitation personnel,followed by family support,community acceptance and the personal characteristics of drug rehabilitation personnel.However,the city’s policies on social security and job introduction need to be strengthened,and there is still more room for improvement in the relevant services and assistance provided by administrative organs and social organizations.In addition,the lack of vocational skills,the lack of stable employment experience,the lack of family role,the low support of family members,the small number of community friends and the high number of discrimination have more or less affected and hindered their social integration. |
