Problems And Countermeasures Of Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Of Township Government

According to our country’s current laws,administrative law enforcement powers are in districts,counties or higher-level governments,and township governments do not have administrative law enforcement powers.In reality,a large number of illegal acts occur in towns,causing the township government to "able to see but unable to deal",county-level law enforcement agencies "able to deal but unable to see." On the other hand,more and more governance objects are comprehensive,and the illegal behavior of the same subject often corresponds to multiple fields,causing problems such as overlapping powers and responsibilities of various administrative departments and multiple law enforcement.In order to solve the above-mentioned problems,the comprehensive administrative law enforcement reform plays an important role.Based on the relevant concepts and theories of "relatively centralized administrative punishment power" and "comprehensive administrative law enforcement",this paper analyzes the actual status of comprehensive administrative law enforcement in D Town after investigation and research,and analyzes the township government’s law enforcement bureau,law enforcement measures,and the counterparts.The object is explained,and the problems and reasons existing in the practice of comprehensive administrative law enforcement are analyzed.This article believes that in view of the main problems faced by the comprehensive law enforcement work in towns and villages,we should improve the scientificalness of assessment mechanism,improve the management system of auxiliary team,and strengthen the law enforcement power of the township in multiple dimensions to optimize the law enforcement department.Improve law enforcement measures by strengthening the information construction of law enforcement.Improve the attention of counterparts by law popularization,multi-department joint punishment,guiding the public to participate in governance,and optimizing the comprehensive administrative law enforcement system platform of county level.
