| Research integrity is the most basic moral and behavioral code that university faulty should follow in scientific research.However,in recent years,many domestic universities and colleges frequently conduct dishonesty in scientific research,which has seriously damaged the social status and reputation of universities and colleges.The cognitive difference of university faulty on scientific research integrity is an important reason for their dishonesty in scientific research.This paper conducts theoretical and empirical analysis on the cognition of scientific research integrity of university faulty,explores the current situation and influencing factors of their cognition of scientific research integrity,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.Through investigation,reference and analysis of domestic and foreign scholars on the concept of scientific research integrity,this research defines the connotation of scientific research integrity from three aspects:value ethics,laws and regulations,and individual behavior.On this basis,literature analysis is used to summarize and analyze the current cognitive status and problems of scientific research integrity of university teachers from both domestic and foreign perspectives.Of the university faulty are comprehensively analyzed the cognitive level of standardization research integrity evaluation index,compiled the corresponding questionnaire,the questionnaire survey to 433 faulty of colleges and universities in our country,the results of the survey shows that university faulty think research integrity is very important and the number of total ratio as high as 83.38%,but the overall cognitive level of university faulty to research integrity is not high,This is reflected in the fact that university faulty have little understanding of scientific research ethics and other relevant standards and pay little attention to scientific research integrity norms and systems and other relevant conferences or forums in daily life.This study takes the total score of faulty’ cognition of scientific research integrity as the dependent variable,and each item index that affects the overall score as the independent variable to explore the important influencing factors of faulty’ cognition of scientific research integrity.Results show that a research integrity different cognition of the importance of education is the primary factors influencing the university faulty’cognition research integrity,discipline is the important factors that affect university faulty’ cognition research integrity,level of paper periodical is the main factors influencing the university faulty’ research integrity cognitive,title level of college faulty’research integrity cognition has a certain influence,Other factors,such as age,education background,job position,research project or research award,have no significant influence on the cognition of research integrity of university faulty.Based on the survey conclusions,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the education and training of scientific research integrity,improving the scientific research integrity consciousness and quality of university faulty,and strengthening the management and support of education and scientific research. |
