The science and technology of contemporary China are developing rapidly,which have produced a wide and profound impact on social life.Logically speaking,the good development trend of Chinese science and technology could not be derived of the active and effective push of scientific researches.And science and technology should maintain the strong development momentum so as to fit China's international status in the field of science and technology around the world.Besides,they cannot further full play their functional value without scientific research activities following the right direction.As regard to its nature,scientific research is a career with “discovery” and “invention” as its traits and pursuing value,which determines that the scientific research could not be false but be a faithful cause.In terms of the current situation of China's scientific research integrity,however,the conflict between “reality” and “should” remains the fact that people must face.Some scientific researchers fail to maintain a rational consciousness about the integrity,and even worse,fall behind the most basic bottom line so that many events about breaking faith often happen in the scientific and research activities.It is precisely based on this reality that an ideological and political education,that originates from social life and at the same time should express its own for the achievement of scientific research integrity.The achievement of scientific research integrity goals is subject to many aspects such as the state,society,scientific research managers and scientific research workers.The national factors are mainly represented by the value orientation as the consensus of the whole society,the rationality and perfection of the institutional system,the execution and persistence of the scientific research integrity system;the social environmental factors are mainly manifested in cultural traditions,social opinions,and values;The main factors of scientific research managers are the degree to which scientific research managers grasp the nature and laws of scientific research management,whether they can establish scientific management concepts and possess professional management literacy and ability;the main factors of scientific research workers are scientific research motivation,moral cultivation,Legal awareness,cognition and practical ability.It is no doubt that how to utilize or make full use of the positive aspects of above mentioned influential factors to resolve or circumvent its negative impact will be related to the achievement of scientific research integrity goals.As a code of behavior of scientific research worker,scientific research integrity is by no means an arbitrary setting of decision makers,and nor is it derived from the pure theoretical deduction of managers and theoretical workers.And its start should be the reality of scientific research integrity,which requires an accurate grasp of the "mirror" of scientific research integrity in China.At present,China's scientific research integrity construction has achieved certain results and is also facing prominent problems.The former are mainly shown in ways including that the institutionalization of scientific research integrity has been promoted in an orderly manner,and scientific research integrity has gradually become a social value consensus,the internal credit management standard of scientific research institutions has been standardized,and the external environment of scientific research integrity construction has been significantly improved.The latter is mainly manifested in the aspects involving that misconduct of scientific research occurs from time to time,the governance effect of scientific research integrity rationalization in fact.Since the achievement of scientific research integrity is not only a dynamic process,but also a logical result of the joint action of various factors,the rationalization of scientific research integrity is specifically manifested as on the basis of establishing the dialectical vision of scientific research integrity,we should make full use of Chinese traditional honesty and ideological resources,learn from the measures and experience of scientific research integrity construction in developed countries,and strive to build a scientific and rational scientific research integrity system.Through simultaneous work of system construction,improvement of education and strengthening of publicity and other strategies,we will build a sound mechanism for scientific research and integrity construction;and through the joint efforts of our government,society,schools and scientific research organizations,we will form a strong power to promote the construction of scientific research integrity.
