Research On Requirements And Framework Of Data Fusion For Elderly Care Services

Introducing modern information technology into pension services,actively promoting "Internet +" to provide wisdom of intelligent pension services has become the important direction of China’s pension policy,the important characteristic and step of providing intelligent pension services is to create endowment service ecosystem for service participants to build interactive cooperation and realize the value of pension service.Considering that data is a new factor of production,the system needs to open data interfaces to government departments and various pension service providers,collect and integrate pension service data scattered in different databases.Therefore,in order to make the intelligent elderly service ecosystem work effectively and play its role,realize the economic benefits related to the elderly service,and collect multiple resources to jointly undertake and solve the social problem of the elderly service,it is necessary to solve the problem of the data fusion of the elderly service data firstly.By sorting out the domestic and foreign literatures related to the elderly service,this study firstly discusses the concept of the elderly service and the data of the elderly service,to complete the preliminary definition of the research object.Then,this paper retrieval and collected 37 important policies and 132 academic papers related to pension services,using the content analysis method to extract and code the key elements involved in the interaction between the supply and demand of the elderly service,and to construct a data fusion model for the pension services.The key elements involved in the model including pension service object,service provider,service contents and service data,pension service data is flowing in the pension service provider to meet the demand of endowment service object and provide important basis in the process of service content and gripper,data fusion mechanism can effectively guarantee the supply efficiency and quality of endowment service content through correlation and analysis of the endowment service data.At the same time,this study sorted out the data system of elderly care service composed of social basic data,elderly group data,elderly service subject data and network information space data,and the problems need to be solved on the data fusion.On this basis,this study selected 12 professionals with rich and longterm work experience in the field of elderly care services,and conducted semistructured interviews centering on the needs of data fusion of elderly care services.From the interview text,the needs of data acquisition,data processing,data security and privacy at the data level were extracted,as well as the needs of the elderly group,the provider of elderly care services and government departments at the service level.According to the mechanism and demand of data fusion,it can be seen that the data sources of pension service are complex and diverse,and each database and data system are scattered and independent.There are some problems such as inconsistent data description format,weak correlation of cross-database data,and difficulty in sharing data management independently.The mechanisms of URI,RDF and HTTP of linked data can effectively solve the problems.Therefore,based on the technology and the superiority of linked data,this paper constructed the data fusion framework of elderly care service,including data collection layer,data description layer,data link layer and data service layer.Through collection and acquisition,standard description,association construction and provision of retrieval,browsing,management,utilization and other services,the framework provides unified description and correlation for scattered and diverse elderly service data,realizes the effective integration of cross-database data and publishes it in the open network,and provides a platform for pension service participants to share data,collaborate with others and create value,thus promoting the development of pension service towards the direction of wisdom and socialization.The contribution of this paper is to clarify the source,content and value of pension service data,explain the role and demand of data fusion in the process of supply and demand of pension service,and provide a solution to the data fusion of elderly care service by using related data,so as to fill the research gap in the field of data fusion for elderly care service in China.Future research will explore and optimize the specific technical details in the realization process of data fusion for elderly care service in practical application,and evaluate the effect of data fusion,so as to verify and improve the framework of data fusion for elderly care service which is constructed in this paper.
