Since the reform and opening up,public officials have undertaken the tasks of organizing,leading,coordinating and implementing socialist modernization.In many cases,any slight error in the behavior of public officials may lead to the stagnation of government work and directly affect the normal operation of the internal mechanism of the government.Therefore,discussing how to improve the remodeling level of public officials’ work has important practical significance for individuals,their organizations and even the society.This study takes the work remodeling of public officials as the theme,and attempts to study the influencing factors and effects of public officials’ job remodeling.On the basis of sorting out relevant domestic and foreign researches on job reshaping,this study proposes five major assumption: the effect of public service motivation and achievement motivation on job crafting,and the effect of job crafting on job embeddedness,turnover intention.and take 376 pieces of valid data collected after the questionnaire survey of public officials in Yanbian area as the sample,after statistical analysis,the hypothesis is tested and the results are discussed.The variables in this study mainly include achievement motivation,public service motivation(Attraction to Public Service,self-sacrifice,compassion,commitment to public values),job crafting(task crafting,relational crafting,cognitive crafting),and job embeddedness(organizational fit,organizational sacrifice),turnover intention.The analysis results of the relationship between these variables and job crafting can be summarized as follows:(1)Achievement motivation has a significant positive impact on job crafting,Hypothesis 1 is supported;(2)Public service motivation has a significant positive impact on jobcrafting,the compassion dimension of public service motivation has a significant positive impact on jobcrafting,Hypothesis 2 is supported;(3)Job crafting has a significant positive impact on job embedding,the task crafting dimension of job crafting has a significant positive effect on job embeddingt,and Hypothesis 3 is supported;(4)Job crafting has a significant positive effect on turnover intention,and task crafting of job crafting has a significant negative effect on turnover intention,and Hypothesis 4 is supported;。...
