Research On The Influencing Factors Of Government Response Effect In Emergency Network Publicopinion

With the continuous development of the Internet,the scale of Internet users in China is increasing,and the new Internet media channel has long become an important channel to meet the public information demands for information supply.It has become daily for the public too btain information,release comments and opinions,and other network behaviors as forwarding information.When an emergency occurs,in the case of information asymmetry,the public of the does not know there alcause of the event,and it is difficult to understand the process of the occurrence and development of the event.If the government cannot release information in a timelyand effective manner to respond to public questions,it will be extremely easy to evolvein to an online public opinion crisisevent under the promotion of the Internet,which will not only harm public security interest sbutal so cause an egative impact on the government’s social governance work.Therefore,while doing a good job in the prevention,control and response to emergencies,weshould also pay close attention to the dynamics of the network public opinion caused by emergencies.There sponse to the online public opinion crisisis of great significance to appease the public emotions,controlthe development of the situation and create as afeand open network social environment.So in the face of the network public opinion crisis caused by emergencies,what factors affect the government’s response effect?What is the degree of the impact?In whataspects should the government adjust to achieve an effective response?In order topromote the solution of the seseries of problems,study the influencingfactors of the response effect of the government microblogin the online public opinion of emergencies,and try to provide suggestions for the government’s effective response of the online public opinion.Firstly,this paper summarizes the domesticand for eigngovernment response,network public opinion,fully understand the current situation and shortcomings of the research object,and analyzes the applicability of crisis governance theory,public participation theory,government communication theory and the guiding significance of this paper.Secondly,the microblog information,commentcorp us and other relevant materials released by the official microblog of "Chongqing Bus Falling River Incident" were taken as the source of root analysis text data,and the relevant text materials were code dand analyzed with the help of NVivo12.0 software,so as to build the factor model influencing the effect of government microblog response in the online public opinion of emergencies.Then,the question naire was designed with the model as the reference dimension to collect the relevant survey data.Empirical analysis of the data with SPSS25.0 and AMOS26.0 to verify the relationship between variables.Finally,combined with the data empirical analysis of the influencing factors of government microblog response in online public opinion,the path to optimize the response effect of government microblog in online public opinion of emergenciesis proposed.The study found that:(1)at the level of government response behavior,Response attitude,speed,degree,and validity;At the behavioral level of media reporting,The influence and credibility of the media;At the level of public appeal satisfaction,Nine factors at three levels,such as event governance appeal,event information appeal and emotional appeal,are significantly related to the government microblog response effect in the online public opinion of emergencies;(2)Thedegree of influence changed from strong to weak is at the level of public demands:the satisfaction degree of event governance demands,event information demands and emotional demands;Media reporting behavior level: media influence,media credibility;Government response behavior level :responsevalidity,attitude,speed and degree.
