| Corruption behavior has always been a public concern,especially the power corruption of government public officials,which is extremely harmful.Politically,corruption of public officials damages the image of the government,infringes on the interests of the masses and affects the credibility of the government,resulting in a crisis of trust in the government.Economically,corruption of public officials will have a negative impact on economic growth and investment.In a transitional country like China,corruption leads to massive tax losses,industry monopolies,increased public expenditure and capital flight.In recent years,the central government has continuously increased its anti-corruption efforts.The anti-corruption work has achieved staged results to a certain extent,and severely punishing a large number of corrupt officials,but the issue of corruption is still very prominent.At the same time,the corruption of grassroots public officials has aroused people’s attention.Corruption behaviors of grassroots public officials have undergone a series of changes.The number of cases has been rising,the amount involved has been increasing,the main body of corruption has gradually developed to a higher level,corruption behavior has developed in mass direction,and corruption has become more and more noticeable.In the grassroots government,the impact of corruption by public officials is enormous.For the grassroots government,in the event of corruption,the most direct damage is the people,the interests of the people will suffer tremendous damage.Because the grassroots area is small and the corruption problem is easy to be distributed,there will be similarities in common.The incentives for corruption at the grass-roots level also have similar factors.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the influencing factors of corruption behavior of grassroots public officials.This paper selects the grassroots counties as the research background,and uses the X District of F City as the research sample to analyze the influencing factors of the individual corruption behavior of the public officials in the X District of F City,and collects the Case Supervision and Management System and the Complaint Reporting System and Party Wind and Wind Supervision System of F City X District discipline inspection and supervision organs.The content of the corruption case of the party style and political style supervision system in the past ten years,quantitative analysis of the factors that may affect the individual corruption behavior of public officials in the X district of F city,using regression analysis method,establishing regression model through SPSS software,analyzing the nature of the post,age and education have significant influence on the individual corruption behavior of public officials in X District of F City.The influence of the level of job title and the number of discipline inspection and supervision organs is not significant,so that the countermeasures are revelated,and combined with the actual situation,it is proposed to strengthen the supervision of key positions and improve the age.Promote the system,improve the access threshold for public officials,strengthen supervision,and exert the role of discipline supervision to prevent countermeasures against individual corruption of public officials in District X of F City.It will provide some benefits for prevention from the source and effectively reducing the incidence of grassroots corruption. |
