A Study On The Construction Of The CPC’s Long-term Governing Ability In The New Era

The Communist Party of China is a typical representative who can achieve longterm and effective governance in the development system of domestic parties all over the world.Our party has been growing in the development process of over a hundred years.The most important fine tradition and valuable experience is that we always attach great importance to and strengthen our own capacity-building.In the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,based on the great changes not seen in a century and the overall strategic situation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the Communist Party of China has always attached importance to the quality of Party building,clearly positioned "strengthening the party’s long-term ruling ability" as the main line of the general requirements of Party building in the new era,and included it in the party constitution newly revised at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.On the one hand,it fully reflects our party’s unremitting exploration of the general laws of Party building as a proletarian party,and it is also an effective response to the risks and challenges faced by the party’s ruling ability construction in the new era,which is conducive to our party to complete the tasks entrusted by history,including strengthening the party’s ruling concept,consolidating the party’s ruling position,improving the party’s ruling performance,etc.This paper takes the long-term ruling ability construction of the Communist Party of China in the new era as the research object,focuses on combing and summarizing the new requirements,new progress and new achievements of the party in promoting long-term ruling since the 18th National Congress,and forms a regular understanding of strengthening the longterm ruling ability construction of the party in the new era.The paper is mainly divided into five parts:The first part is the basic problems of the long-term ruling ability construction of the Communist Party of China.First,define and clarify the relevant concepts of the ruling party,leadership and governance,and long-term governance ability,so as to deeply grasp the profound connotation of the party’s long-term governance ability.Secondly,clarify the supporting factors of the long-term ruling ability of the Communist Party of China,so as to make logical and theoretical preparations for the following text.In the process of governing the country,the Communist Party of China has continuously improved its ruling ability and consolidated its ruling position.It has always adhered to taking self revolution as the core element,taking the people as the center as the value element,five abilities as the content element,seven categories as the guarantee element,and eight abilities as the basic elements.The second part is the historical basis of the long-term ruling ability construction of the Communist Party of China in the new era.This part mainly expounds the practical exploration process of the construction of ruling ability before the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The ruling of the Communist Party of China can be divided into three representative periods before the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China:the new democratic revolution period,the socialist revolution and construction period and the new period of reform and opening up.The Communist Party of China has always made great efforts to promote the improvement of the party’s own theoretical innovation ability.At the same time,it has cultivated many ruling talents from Congress of the Communist Party of China was held,the party has systematically summarized the main progress made in the construction of the party’s ruling ability.After the 18th National Congress,the
