Research On The Construction Of Rural Civilization In Caofeidian Area Tangshan

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China paid great attention to the "three rural issues",defined the "three rural issues" as the fundamental issu es related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood,and raised the "three rural issues" to the strategic level of rural revitalization.Rural revitalization is a systematic strategy to root out the "three rural issues" and an important starting point for solving the "three rural issues".The 20-character policy of "prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural customs,effective governance,and prosperous life" put forward in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Part y of China is to further improve and deepen the resolution of the "three rural" problems.Rural style civilization is the key to rural revitalization,and promoting the construction of rural style civilization is an important support for the work of "agric ulture,rural areas and farmers" in the new era.The rural revitalization strategy in the new era endows the construction of rural civilization with a new mission and new connotation,which reflects the urgency and necessity of the deep structural transformation of the construction of spiritual civilization in rural culture.This article is guided by the "Opinions of the People’s Government of Hebei Province on Implementing the Strategy of Rural Revitalization".The document pointed out that Hebei Province should "prosper rural culture and improve the level of rural civilization",and strengthen it from four aspects: inheriting the excellent traditional rural culture,carrying out the transformation of rural customs,strengthening the construction of rural c ultural positions,and strengthening rural ideological and moral construction.Therefore,according to the content of the document,questionnaires were designed and asked about four aspects: traditional culture,changing customs,cultural supply,and ideology and morality.During the investigation,it was found that the current rural civilization construction in Caofeidian Area has the lack of the main role of traditional culture inheritance,and the existence of rural weddings and funerals.The phenomenon of comparison,insufficient supply of rural culture,and weak awareness of social morality,etc.,and in-depth analysis of the root causes of the above problems,it is found th at the strength of traditional culture inheritance and construction is lacking,the management mechanism for changing customs is not perfect,the sense of responsibility for rural cultural supply is weakened,and ideological and moral education planning is insufficient.And so on are the root causes of the above problems,and on this basis,put forward optimization strategies in four aspects: attaching importance to the protection and inheritance of folk culture,building a good social civilization,enriching the content of rural cultural activities,and guiding and strengthening ideological and moral construction.Suggestions and suggestions for the construction of rural style and civilization will help the realization of rural revitalization in Caofeidian Area.
