Public Security Organs Responding To Internet Public Opinion A Study On The Countermeasures Of Environmental Pollution

At present,China is in a critical period of rapid economic and social development.The domestic economic transformation,the transformation of major social contradictions,and the complex international situation have played a role in boosting the emergence and development of social contradictions.The number of interest groups is increasing.However,there may be a large gap between the interest demands of some people and the actual situation,Such a gap leads to some groups’ strong dissatisfaction with the society,especially the government departments,and arbitrarily express some radical words and opinions.With the advent of the new media era,the application of 4G and 5G technology and the iterative tiktok of micro-blog We Chat and jitter are providing a convenient,quick access to information and a channel for appeals.As the national public security administrative organ and the criminal judicial organ,the public security organ undertakes the important responsibility of maintaining the national political security and social stability.It has more face-to-face contact with the masses and is more likely to be pushed to the forefront by public opinion.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the propaganda team and ability of public security organs,public security organs have made some progress in dealing with public opinion crisis,but they are still in the stage of gradual exploration,especially the grass-roots public security organs,which still have some problems and shortcomings in concept thinking,professional team configuration,scientific monitoring and analysis,system guidance and disposal,etc,To a certain extent,it affects the effect of public opinion disposal.On the basis of some existing research results,this paper takes l public security organ as an example,connecting with the typical cases in L District in recent years,combining with the life cycle,crisis management,agenda setting,butterfly effect and other theories,through literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis,focuses on the analysis of the current situation,problems and reasons of the basic public security organ’s response to network public opinion,It also compares and summarizes the advanced experience and mature methods of domestic and foreign police in dealing with network public opinion.Combined with the practice of grass-roots public security organs,it puts forward more scientific and perfect countermeasures and suggestions to deal with police related network public opinion.Finally,in view of the characteristics of the occurrence and development of network public opinion,combined with the current situation of grass-roots public security organs,this paper puts forward scientific,reasonable and operable strategies and suggestions,which provides a reference for the public security organs to deal with the level of network public opinion.According to the different stages of the occurrence and development of network public opinion,we should do well in the following aspects: first,we should strengthen the prevention of public opinion;Second,we should face it correctly and strengthen monitoring and early warning;Third,it is necessary to deal with it actively;Fourth,it is necessary to strengthen the reconstruction of credibility and image restoration.
