Research On The Construction Of The Discourse System Of China's New Party Syste

The discourse system is a discourse expression system constructed according to certain rules with discourse as the cornerstone,and is a product of ideological externalization.Strengthening the construction of the discourse system is the essential path to obtain the power of discourse,and it is the key to solve the problem of "losing speech and voice".The discourse system of China’s new political party system is a standardized discourse system constructed with “China’s Political Party System:Cooperation and Consultation”as the core,which is used to describe,explain and lead the multi-party cooperation and political consultation system led by the Communist Party of China,and to reflect the practical and theoretical forms of this system.The paper of the construction of the discourse system of China’s new political party system can improve the confidence in the system,enhance the recognition of the new political party system,promote the dissemination and development of the discourse system of the new political party system,break the confinement of“Western-centrism”,improve the international discourse and influence of the new political party system.This paper focuses on the study of the construction of the discourse system of China’s new political party system,and mainly employs two research methods,which are literature research method and comparative research method.The available research literature on the discourse system of China’s new political party system mainly focuses on the content and composition of the discourse system of the new political party system;the inevitability and significance of its construction;the dilemmas and shortcomings it faces;and the path of its construction.On the basis of summarizing and comparing the existing discourse system analysis frameworks,this paper proposes its own analysis framework on the construction of the discourse system of China’s new political party system,namely,taking the refinement and evolution of core concepts and discourses as the "longitude" and the innovation of discourses and discourse system dissemination methods as the "latitude ".In the process of the continuous development and improvement of “China’s Political Party System: Cooperation and Consultation”,we grasp the construction of the discourse system of the new political party system.This paper examines the generation and evolution of the discourse system of China’s new political party system before the 18 th National Congress and concludes that the discourse system of China’s new political party system has gone through three stages: conception and establishment,growth with twists and turns,and recovery and development,during which the concept of discourse has been refined and the way of communication has been innovated.As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the new political party system discourse system has also witnessed a new development,focusing on three aspects: new interpretation of concepts,new expression of advantages and new expansion of construction paths.Based on the review and study of the construction of the discourse system of China’s new political party system,this paper summarizes three experiences and revelations on the construction of the discourse system of the new political party system,namely,always adhering to the guiding position of Marxism and drawing on the nutrients of excellent traditional culture;always adhering to the enrichment of multi-party cooperation practice and actively playing the role of democratic parties;always adhering to the refinement of core concepts and constructing the discourse system by various paths.
