Historical Evolution Of The CPC’s Opening-up Thought Since 1949 And Contemporary Enlightenment

China has made remarkable achievements with great practice of Opening-up since 1949,guided by Marxism-Leninism and the Opening-up Thought of the CPC.China’s internal and external environment for Opening-up practice has undergone profound changes currently.The downward pressure on the development of the world economy is relatively high,while unilateralism and trade protectionism has shown up,which leads to the slow development of economic globalization.What’s worse,the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic has disastrous impact to the world economy.At the same time,China is also in a critical period of economic transformation and development.Under this background,how should China further confirmedly strengthen the Opening-up Policy and promote the development of Opening-up to a higher level?It is an important way to find effective experience in the evolution of the Opening-up Thought of the CPC.This paper mainly studies the speeches of leaders of the CPC and the State,conference texts and classic works,and uses historical analysis,systematic analysis and induction to sort out and compare the Opening-up Thoughts of the CPC since 1949,so as to clarify the regular features and logic in its evolution process.Then,based on the international and domestic environment faced by China’s current promotion of high-level opening-up,this paper obtains some enlightenment to further promote China’s implementation of high-level opening-up.Through research,it is found that the Communist Party of China(CPC)’s Opening-up Thought since 1949 has the following evolution characteristics.More attention should be paid to the "institutional type" in the mode of opening to the outside world,the "activeness" in the will to open up,the "comprehensiveness" in the scope of opening,the "two-way" in the way of opening,and the more prominent in the path of opening "Diversity" highlights "win-win" in terms of open value goals.These evolution features are remarkable changes in the development process of the Communist Party of China(CPC)’s Opening-up Thought since 1949.Since 1949,CPC’s Opening-up Thought has the following evolutionary logic:firstly,theoretical logic,that is,adhering to Marxist historical materialism and conforming to the law of world development;Secondly,realistic logic,that is,adhering to the problem consciousness as the guidance,closely following the characteristics of each stage;The third is value logic,that is,taking the common development of all mankind as the value pursuit,and constantly striving towards the goal.These evolution logic reflect the logic principles that the CPC has always adhered to develop the Opening-up Thought since 1949.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee held in the Communist Party of China(CPC)clearly pointed out that China should open to the outside world at a high level.Then,according to the characteristics and logic of the evolution of the Opening-up Thought of the Communist Party of China,what are the implications for China’s further promotion of high-level Opening-up in the future? Based on the research conclusion of this study,on the basis of analyzing the international and domestic environment that China will face in further promoting high-level Opening-up,the enlightenment to further promoting China’s high-level Opening-up is put forward from six aspects.This study summarizes and sums up the evolution characteristics and logic of the Communist Party of China(CPC)’s Opening-up Thought since 1949,which has certain theoretical significance.At the same time,this research is based on the research conclusions and realistic conditions,and puts forward some enlightenment to further promote China’s high-level Opening-up,which has certain practical value.
