Strategy Of Opening Up The Process Of Social Development Research

Opening is the major attribute of modern society, and is also the inevitable way that one country realizes modernization. Exploring the historical certainty of opening in the whole-world historical background and taking it as foundation to prepare the opening strategy that accords with national specific conditions, is a strategic problem of social development that each country must consider in present world. As a large socialism country in development, socialism modernization is the goal of China in the coming years. Realizing this goal need to prepare and implement a series of specific developing strategies, in which one cannot been short of strategy is opening strategy. As the inevitable requirement of the whole-world history and present times, it is also the historical experience and lesson that China and other nations offer in the complicated process of exploring modernization. The purpose of implementing opening strategy is to establish well mutual relationship between China and the world in order to promotes national goal, promote world history to develop to depth and realize the common prosperity and advance for China and the world. That is the starting point and stay of this paper. The paper divides into 5 parts. Chapter one firstly analysed the key concept of this paper, the meaning and the range of opening, and made the basic stipulation of opening strategy and its logic location in the macroscopic strategic system of social development clearly. Opening is the inevitable external relationship of societies when the social structure develops in certain historical stage .It is also the evitable historical certainty during the process of forming and development of the whole-world history. Before this, the external social contact that was established between countries was contingent connection. Opening strategy is the outside strategy that one country implement in order to comply with the developing tendency of the whole-world history, and to reply to the globalization trend. It is a kind of modern form of external strategy. The academic circle of our country has made some helpful research on opening strategy. But few people studied it as special subject, and there were few achievements in this area. In order to study open strategy, this paper emphasize the whole social structure instead of a certain social field. This paper insists unification of theoretical research and strategic research, unification of general character and character appearance, unification of logic and history. In research course, this paper insists systematic view and the theory of general law about human society, and synthesizes methods of world history theory, world system view, the theory of social contact to analyse each aspect of opening strategy. Chapter two have analysed the objective basis of opening strategy from the openness of internal structure of modern society, the 3 angles of objective process of the modernization and modern social external contacts. It is possible to establish the external relation only if social structure itself has openness. The openness of internal structure of modern society not only shows that the way of possessing modern social production is one gradually developing course from childhood private ownership to mature private ownership and public ownership, whose socialization level constantly raise; but also shows that the most principle, openness principle, program and legal principle runs through in modern social political life. The course that external social contact of modern society was established is an open course, its openness is mainly shown through the connection of modern production way and merchandise economy. The connection makes merchandise exchange use time to eliminate the space, which has offered material technology condition for the establishment of the global relation of social contact.
