The research theme of this paper is Marx’s thought of labor justice in Paris. The research text mainly includes several papers and works written by Marx in Paris(i.e.October 1843 February 1845),including Hegel’s critique of legal philosophy and its introduction,on the Jewish problem, the manuscript of economics and philosophy in 1844 and the holy family,In order to clarify the content of Marx’s thought of labor justice and freedom in the period of Paris, and to clarify the internal purpose of Marx’s thought of labor justice and freedom.Marx’s thought of labor justice in Paris period was influenced by the social and economic background of his era,British national economics and young Hegel School.Labor justice focuses on the fair distribution of various labor-related burdens and benefits.Marx in Paris mainly discussed his thought of labor justice from two aspects.First,it criticizes the wrong labor justice thought of bourgeois national economics and the reality of capitalist labor "injustice".Bourgeois national economics has tacitly accepted the capitalist model of capital, wage and land rent in the sharing of production achievements in capitalist society. This model makes capital and land rent have an advantage in the sharing of labor achievements, while workers’ wages have little share in the distribution of labor achievements, leading to the exploitation and poverty of workers. At the same time, capitalist alienated labor deprives workers of their freedom, making the important function of labor-realizing people’s all-round and free development impossible to realize.Second,it preliminarily explains the important content of labor justice.First of all, just labor is labor adapted to the essence of human freedom and an activity to ensure the realization of human freedom.Secondly,in the distribution of labor results,we should increase the share of distribution according to work and reduce the share of distribution according to capital(capital and land rent). Finally, labor justice is also reflected in all links of production, distribution, exchange and consumption; The fair distribution of means of production is the most important content of labor justice;Only by eliminating private ownership can labor justice be truly realized.Marx’s thought of labor justice in Paris period pays attention to the survival and development of workers and criticizes the slavery and oppression of capitalism, which reflects Marx’s humanitarian concern. To realize the ideal of labor justice in Marx’s Paris period,we also need to dialectically look at the logic of capital and improve labor productivity;Establish a good working environment and realize the freedom of labor activities;Adhere to historical materialism and carry forward labor culture;Adhere to distribution according to work and realize labor harmony.
