Research On The Cultivation Of Craftsman Spirit Of College Students

In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly put forward that "we should build an army of knowledge-based,skilled and innovative workers,and carry forward the spirit of model workers and craftsmen." Under the requirements of the made in China 2025 strategy,it is necessary to cultivate the craftsman spirit of college students who are in the "jointing and booting stage".College students are builders of the socialist cause and dreamers of the new era.They should carry forward the spirit of artisans among college students,encourage them to be hard-working,struggle for the motherland with youth to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper takes the General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the spirit of the craftsman, especially the exposition on the connotation of the spirit of the craftsman at the 2020 National Model Workers and Advanced Workers Commendation Conference as an important theoretical guidance,this paper combs its era value.Upon clarifying the relevant theories of craftsman spirit,using the research methods of literature analysis,comparative analysis and systematic induction,it analyzes the current situation of promoting students’ craftsmanship and discusses the principal contradiction that exists in promoting students’ craft spirit in subjective and objective terms.In the theoretical interpretation part,this paper defines the concepts of "craftsman","craftsman spirit" and "cultivation of craftsman spirit of college students",and explains their scientific connotation in detail.This paper discusses the value implication of it from the aspects of helping the high-quality development of the country,promoting the correct values of positive and enterprising,and boosting the cultivation of good professional ethics,and further expounds the profound significance of cultivating the work.Then,the paper elucidates the theoretical origin of it,and makes a theoretical exploration from the relevant discourse of Marxist classic writers,General Secretary Xi Jinping’s relevant discourse on the craftsman spirit,and the principle of ideological and political education.In the part of the present study,based on the grasp of the latest literature to analyze the status quo,summarizes the current achievements,combed the exigency problem,this paper argues that its situation presents good posture:recognition and understanding gradually universal,value of identity gradually deepening,the practice will gradually strong.However,due to the social environment,college education,family guidance and college students’ personal cognition and practice,the cultivation of it is still facing challenges.In the part of practical exploration,based on the analysis mentioned above,the cultivating path is analyzed from the perspectives of society,universities,families and college students.In order to realize the value of college students’ individual development and finally realize the grand goal of construction of manufacturing power,it puts forward the socialist core values for the lead,optimizing cultivation environment,internalize good emotion recognition and externalizing behaviors.
