Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Work In Urban Communities

As China enters the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,profound changes have taken place in the management system and service functions of urban communities.The needs of residents have become increasingly diversified.Some new situations,new problems and new contradictions have also emerged in the community.It is urgent for us to continuously strengthen the public service function from the perspective of Ideological and political work and strengthen the leading education in residents’ ideology.The innovative development of Ideological and political work in urban communities is related to the overall situation of China’s reform,development and stability,the vital interests of the people,social stability and national security.It is of great significance to improve the ability and level of social governance.The full text is based on the previous research on community ideological and political work and ideological and political education based on the combination of theory and empirical research,and selects f community in Yaohai District,Hefei City,Anhui Province for the current situation research and thinking design,which is divided into five chapters.Firstly,it carefully combs the development history,problems,advantages and Countermeasures of the ideological and political work in urban communities,summarizes the relevant domestic theoretical research results,refines the views of foreign scholars on the content of community education,finds that the ideological and political work in communities lacks the research on the status quo from the Perspective of dimensions from the literature review,and puts forward the research hypothesis.Secondly,through the relevant theoretical basis of this study and the empirical investigation of F community in Yaohai District,Hefei,this paper analyzes the real situation of the current community ideological and political work from the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,the dimensions of Ideological and political,economic,social and cultural,psychological and emotional identity,and summarizes the main problems faced by the current urban community ideological and political work and further analyzes its causes.Finally,based on the investigation of the current situation and the analysis of the problems and causes,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures to improve and improve the current situation and existing problems of the ideological and political work in the community from four aspects: adhering to the guidance of Party building,giving full play to political advantages,adhering to truth-seeking and pragmatic,overcoming formalism,improving mechanism construction and adhering to people-oriented,continuous improvement and innovation.Urban communities should take the innovative development of Ideological and political work as the focus of promoting community governance and construction,actively carry out various thematic practical activities in community party branch committees and neighborhood committees,and gradually explore the establishment of an all-round,multi-level and wide-ranging operation mechanism for community ideological and political work,focusing on the problems that the masses are most concerned about and need to be solved urgently,so as to give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of grass-roots party members,Carry forward the socialist core values,and form a new pattern of simultaneous development of community ideological and political work and various work.
