Study On The Choice Of Models For Regional Collaborative Legislation

At present,under the background of coordinated regional development advocated by the state,regional cooperative legislation has become an indispensable means to realize coordinated regional development,and the choice of the model of regional cooperative legislation is related to whether the regional cooperative legislation can finally obtain legal effect.At present,due to the lack of experience in choosing models in many domestic regions,there is a problem of disorderly selection of models of regional cooperative legislation in practice,while most of the studies on models of regional cooperative legislation in academic circles focus on specific regions,and there is a lack of studies on models of cooperative legislation in regions with different practical characteristics nationwide.Therefore,this paper focuses on how different types of regions can choose regional collaborative legislation models.Firstly,it defines the connotation of regional cooperative legislation;secondly,it classifies the theoretical ideas on the construction of regional cooperative legislation models and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages in detail;then,it explores the model selection in practice and analyzes its practical problems;finally,based on the theoretical analysis and practical investigation of regional cooperative legislation models,it proposes a model selection proposal for regional cooperative legislation.The suggestions are as follows: First,to clarify the basis of model selection,the solution is taking administrative division level as the main basis and regional collaborative legislative matters as the secondary basis.Second,refine the relevant provisions from the legislative level,and then put forward different suggestions on mode selection based on the selection basis for regions with different practical characteristics.
