Research On The Basic Law Legislation Of The Coordinated Development Of Regional Economy In My Country

At present,China's implementation of the strategy of coordinated development of regional economy is policy-oriented,which is not in line with the concept of the rule of law in China,nor the long-term issue of coordinated regional economic development.In the context of the rule of law,to overcome this difficult and time-consuming challenge,we must use the most direct,stable and serious and mandatory legal means to implement the relevant policies issued by the state.From the successful experience of foreign countries in managing the coordinated development of regional economy,we can also reach the same conclusion,that is,the coordinated development of regional economy must be legislated first,and the rule of law is the most effective way.This paper first studies the theoretical basis of the necessity of regional economic legislation.Secondly,it deeply excavates a series of defects of laws and regulations on the coordinated development of regional economy in China,and summarizes Suggestions on the legislative model of coordinated regional economic development in China by analyzing the successful experience of foreign legislation on the coordinated development of regional economy.Finally,combining with the legislative experience of foreign countries,the author puts forward a legal system of regional economic coordinated development that conforms to the characteristics of China,that is,the general principles and specific principles of the civil law system.Developed as comprehensive management coordination of regional economic development of the regional economy coordinated development of the basic law and conform to the characteristics of regional development,the characteristics of regional economy promotion law and the regional economic cooperation behavior norms and constraints of the act of regional economic cooperation and the special safeguard regional economic coordinated development of regional fiscal transfer payment law,the regional financial preferential tax laws and the regional industry optimization law and other laws.
