Research On Theoretical Development And Practical Innovation Of Social Governance Community In The New Era

The "Community of Social Governance" is a new concept of social governance based on Marx’s concept of "true community",which is based on the abandonment of traditional Chinese social management ideas.Its governance goal is to build a social governance community where "everyone is responsible,everyone is responsible,and everyone enjoys".The common theory of social governance has a deep foundation and a wide range of theoretical sources.First of all,the theory of social governance community comes from the social management ideas and national governance ideas of classic Marxist writers,including the "social governance subject","social governance value goal" and "social governance focus" in Marx and Engels’ discussion on social management.(vigorously develop productive forces);there are also important expositions in Lenin’s national governance thought on "respecting the dominant position of the people," "emphasizing the leadership and core position of the Communist Party," "implementing democratic centralism," and "legalizing social governance." Secondly,the social governance community in the new era also inherits and carries forward the traditional social ideas in the traditional Chinese governance culture,such as "the world is in harmony","the people are the foundation of the state",and "the co-governance of morality and law".Thirdly,the social governance community is the continuation and innovation of the Chinese social development and governance by the leadership of the Communist Party of China in the past dynasties,and its core concept is "people-oriented".The proposal of "social governance community" is inseparable from three factors: responding to world changes,responding to domestic governance needs,and improving the party’s governing capacity.The development process of "social governance community" is the scientific verification process of the Communist Party of China from deepening its understanding of social governance issues,confirming the new governance pattern,and proposing innovative ideas of social governance.The connotation of the "Community of Social Governance" includes: the requirement of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,the important task of grassroots governance,and the goal-orientation of people’s living and working in peace and contentment.It is one of the specific measures taken by the Chinese Communist Party to solve the problem of unbalanced and insufficient development in my country.The "social governance community" has the characteristics and value of the times in that it is different from the traditional social management in the past,and it is a targeted answer to the current social governance problems in China.The practice of "social governance community" is inseparable from the accurate analysis of governance cases.Practice comes from the guidance of theory,and the development of theory is also inseparable from the summary of practice.Through the analysis of the field research results,and after summarizing the grass-roots governance cases announced by the civil affairs department and the excellent social governance cases in various places,the diversified practice of social governance since the new era is analyzed.Practical path innovation has played an important role in enlightenment.Through the practice summary of existing cases,the innovation of the practice path of the social governance community should include improving the ability of social autonomy,building a diversified dispute resolution mechanism,strengthening the construction of the social psychological service system,strengthening the concept of safe development,and strengthening the supporting role of science and technology.
