Research On The Standardized Operation Of National Supervisory Power

The reform of the State supervisory power is designed to create a top-level design for enhanced supervision of all those who exercise public office in order to prevent corruption in power.The establishment of the Supervisory Committee on this basis not only strengthens our country’s anti-corruption measures,but also expands the scope of supervision and makes it effective.However,because the reform is currently trying to break through the stage,its operating mode is unstable,the mechanism is not mature enough.In the long run,it will reduce the effect of anti-corruption to a certain extent.Therefore,it is very important to study the operation mechanism of the supervisory power after the operation configuration of the state supervisory power is clear.On the basis of studying the reform of our supervisory system and the distribution of supervisory power,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the distribution of supervisory power.On the one hand,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the operation of the supervisory power,and analyzes the three functions and nature of the supervisory power respectively.On the other hand,this paper discusses the problems existing in the process of the operation of the supervisory power from two angles of the disposition of the three powers of the supervisory power and the connection with the outside.This paper probes into the problems existing in the operation of the supervisory power in our country at present,it mainly includes the lack of cooperation with other organs,the lack of supervision,the lack of standardization in the operation of the power of investigation and Lien,and the lack of clarity in the relevant provisions of supervision.This article thinks that we can improve the connection between the power organs,strengthen the supervision of the supervision organs from all aspects,standardize the mechanism of the investigation power and the Lien power in the power operation,and put forward some suggestions to improve the operation of the State supervision power,to promote the standardized operation of the supervisory power to provide reference.
