Optimization Study Of Public Legal Services In Fuqing City

As an important part of the government’s public services,public legal services are of great significance to the implementation of the comprehensive law-based policy of governing the country.With the rapid development of society,people’s legal awareness is gradually improved,and the demand for public legal services is increasing.On the basis of the exploration and practice in recent years,Fuqing’s public legal services have made great progress and summed up some experiences.However,compared with domestic economically developed cities,there are still some gaps,and there are still further development and improvement.necessary.Based on the new public service theory,service-oriented government theory,and public product theory,this paper sorts out and expounds the theoretical basis of public legal services.During this process,some actual data were obtained through questionnaires,field visits and other means.The research in this paper was carried out in Fuqing City,and found that there are some problems in the implementation of policies,the lack of close cooperation between relevant units,uneven distribution of legal resources,and inadequate supply of legal products.Sufficient,shortage of legal service talents,low degree of specialization,weak legal awareness of the public,low motivation to seek legal help,incomplete legal service evaluation system,and non-standard legal service supervision.The investigation found that the main reasons for the above problems are: imperfect legal services,insufficient funding guarantees,imperfect publicity of the rule of law,and imperfect safeguarding mechanisms.Based on the above analysis,this paper proposes to optimize the public legal services in Fuqing City from the following four aspects: first,to implement the policy-oriented role and improve the participation of relevant units;second,to rationally allocate legal resources and provide diversified legal products;third,to cultivate public legal services Serving the number of people and improving citizens’ legal awareness;Fourth,improving the public legal service guarantee mechanism and increasinglegal service supervision.Through this research,it is hoped that it can provide decision-making reference for relevant government departments,promote the optimization of public legal services in Fuqing City,better safeguard citizens’ rights to progress,promote social fairness and justice,and build a government ruled by law.
