Research On The Public Legal Service Supply Of Xinzha Street In Zhonglou District Of Changzhou City

With economic development,industrial upgrading,and social transformation,in addition to conventional public services such as science,education,culture,and health,the people’s demand for legal services is also increasing.Since 2012,China has attached great importance to the top-level design of public legal services as an important task in implementing the strategy of comprehensively governing the country by law.At present,public legal service has become a basic content of government public service,an important work to protect the rights and interests of the people and improve people’s well-being,and also the basic foundation for building a comprehensive system of law-based governance.It is of great significance to study the supply of public legal services to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the people and promote the long-term peace and stability of the country.Taking the public legal service supply of Xinzha Street in Zhonglou District of Changzhou City in recent years as the research object,this study systematically discusses the current situation of the public legal service supply of Xinzha Street by using literature analysis,investigation and comparative analysis.Under the guidance of public product theory,service-oriented government theory and public service equalization theory,it is found that through the efforts in recent years,the public legal service in Xinzha Street is more convenient,with more guaranteed quality and more harmonious society.However,at the same time,the public legal services are also faced with problems such as chaotic supply management system,low supply efficiency,single supply content,insufficient professional supply ability,low service evaluation and low awareness rate of the audience.Through the analysis of the above problems,it is found that there are the following reasons: the supply management system of public legal services is not smooth,the supply of service thinking is outdated,the participation of involved institutions is not high,the supply of professional talent shortage,the supply of lack of assessment incentive,the supply of propaganda is not enough.Based on the above problems and reasons,combined with field research and analysis and beneficial experience at home and abroad,the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the supply of public legal services in Xinzha street,Zhonglou District,Changzhou are as follows: Strengthen the management system guarantee of the supply of public legal services;Change the concept of public legal service supply;Optimize the main structure of public legal service supply;Optimize the supply of public legal services;Strengthen the performance assessment of public legal service supply;Intensify the publicity of the provision of public legal services.
