Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Supply Of Grassroots Public Legal Services In Quanshan District,xuzhou City

Public legal services are an indispensable component of public services and also an essential part of government public functions,playing an important role in ensuring and improving people’s livelihoods.At present,in the comprehensive work of governing the country by law,public legal services are not only fundamental work,but also guarantee work.The main reason why a country’s political power can thrive is to conform to the hearts of the people.With the continuous promotion of comprehensive rule of law,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have increasingly attached importance to the construction of a public legal service system,aiming to create a public legal service system that satisfies the people.In recent years,Quanshan District of Xuzhou City has achieved good results in the supply of public legal services in accordance with the relevant deployments of the Party Central Committee,provincial level,and municipal level.It has planned and implemented the physical construction of districts,streets,and communities in an orderly manner,and together with networks and hotlines,it forms a comprehensive platform for public legal services in Quanshan District.Although Quanshan District has achieved impressive results at present,many problems have also been encountered in the actual promotion work,and further research is needed.Starting from the practical experience and overall situation of public legal services in Quanshan District,this article first affirms the overall situation of the supply of public legal services in Quanshan District,and clarifies that the current overall situation is developing in a positive direction.Currently,good achievements have been made in legal publicity,legal aid,people’s mediation,and service network construction.Secondly,after in-depth investigation,it has been found that there are obvious problems at this stage,including non-standard management and operation,unreasonable resource allocation,and insufficient guarantee funds.Finally,an in-depth analysis was conducted on the causes of the problem,while fully learning from the relatively mature operational experience in China and drawing on it,targeted improvement suggestions were proposed,including improving the publicity mechanism,gradually improving the funding guarantee mechanism,and optimizing the service evaluation and supervision mechanism.
