| After the 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping particularly pointed out that we should strengthen our understanding of the world security situation,pay close attention to new changes,new characteristics and trends of the world security situation,and promote the economic development of our country on the premise of safeguarding national security.In order to better handle the relationship between development and stability,the General Secretary in 2014 put forward the overall national security concept on the important idea of security.Based on the state of national security in the new era,this paper tries to reveal the basis,main content and value of the overall national security concept.The first chapter is introduction.Firstly,it analyzes the research background and significance of the overall national security concept.Secondly,we shall understand the domestic and foreign research status of the relevant contents of Xi Jinping’s overall national security concept,including the research on the relevant concepts and theoretical sources of the overall national security concept by domestic scholars,as well as the introduction of the views of foreign scholars on security and national security and the research on China’s national security strategy.Thirdly,it introduces the research methods and innovations of the overall national security concept.Finally,it introduces the research situation of related concepts such as security,national security,overall national security concept.Chapter 2 The basis for the formation of Xi Jinping’s overall national security concept.This chapter analyzes the basis for its formation from three aspects: the background of the times,the basis of reality,and the origin of theory.First of all,analyzing the background of the times,including the profound changes in international security and the situation under the vision of the great changes in the past century,the relationship between China’s security and development is facing severe challenges.Second,it analyzes the realistic basis of the overall national security concept,including the security issues of unbalanced economic development,threats to political security,the existence of ideological struggles,and frequent social security incidents.Finally,the three theoretical cornerstones of the overall national security concept are studied,including the thinking of classic Marxist writers on security issues,the thinking on national security in Sinicized Marxist thought before the Eighteenth National Congress,and the traditional national security views in China.Chapter 3 The main contents of Xi Jinping’s overall national security concept.The overall national security concept is a huge theoretical system,with a complex content structure,including the most important content in five areas.Taking people’s security as the aim,this is the core content of the overall national security concept,which is a logical unity and includes four aspects such as political security.Chapter 4 The value of Xi Jinping’s overall national security concept.The birth of the new security theory guides the practice of social security,and the practice of social security promotes the development of security theory. |
