| At present,China is in the critical period of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.As an important supporting force and talent reserve for the implementation of the national strategy,the majority of rural reserve cadres at the grass-roots level have a direct impact on the implementation effect of the rural revitalization strategy.Qingdao West Coast New Area has always attached great importance to the training of rural reserve cadres,and has carried out positive and beneficial exploration in the selection,cultivation and utilization of talents.However,due to multiple factors of history and reality,many are common agricultural villages and towns district rural reserve cadres reserve quantity insufficiency,the overall quality is not high,cultivating way backward,rural grassroots organizations into the "no good optional,incompetent people available" the plight of cadres to adjust and general election only carried out in accordance with the relevant policy documents to minimum standards.Based on the west coast of Qingdao,new city H town as an example,combined with the current status of rural mothball cadre troop construction,comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the training work,through the investigation of H town the influence factors of rural reserve cadres training work,and explore the deep reasons of the problems,and targeted design according to the results of the investigation and analysis of H town rural reserve cadre training mechanism,It includes selection mechanism,training mechanism,assessment mechanism and appointment mechanism.Finally,it makes guarantee measures for the orderly operation of training mechanism,aiming to provide sustainable and strong support for cadres and talents to promote the rapid and healthy development of H Town,West Coast New Area of Qingdao.The results of this study can provide effective reference for the training methods,methods and mechanism construction of rural reserve cadres in Qingdao West Coast New Area,which is helpful to further promote the rural revitalization strategy,and can also provide reference for the improvement of training of rural reserve cadres in other areas. |
