| Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,official reception has undergone a series of reforms and changes.With the promulgation of the "Eight-point Regulations" and other explicit regulations of the central government,the "red line" and "bottom line" have been further clarified,and official reception has become more standardized.In this reform of official reception,by improving rules and regulations,supervision means and reimbursement process of official reception expenses,the number of official reception is reduced,the activities of official reception are more standardized,the process is more clear,and the cost of official reception is reduced.The effect is very obvious.From the perspective of the current situation of official reception in W City,although some achievements have been made in the standardization of official reception,there are still many problems that need to be improved.How to make official reception more standardized has become an urgent issue to be studied.This paper takes the existing problems and countermeasures of official reception in W City as the research topic,and makes an in-depth and systematic study on this issue by using literature research method,case study method and field research method.Firstly,the paper expounds the research background and significance of the paper,domestic and foreign literature review,and introduces the concepts and theories related to official reception.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of official reception in W City.This paper introduces the principles and characteristics,current situation,process,standardized implementation measures and results of official reception.Through the analysis,it can be seen that the official reception in W City has made some achievements through the implementation of management.While seeing the achievements,we should also see the existence of many problems,which seriously affect the level and quality of official reception in W City,and it is urgent to improve and optimize.Finally,the paper expounds the existing problems from four aspects:insufficient detail of reception process,lack of service standardization,non-standard outsourcing of official reception,and imperfect standardized assessment system of official reception.From the relevant management system is not perfect,the construction of talent team is not in place,the concept and understanding of the deviation,reception information is not open enough to implement supervision and other,four aspects of the causes of these problems are analyzed.On this basis,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:further improving the reception process and management system,strengthening the construction of talent team to promote the standardization of service,improving the understanding of promoting the outsourcing of official reception service,and improving the information disclosure and supervision system of official reception.Through the research of the paper,it can improve the construction of official reception system in W City,reduce government costs and prevent corruption from breeding,enrich relevant theories in this area,promote W City’s investment attraction and economic development to a new level,and also provide practical reference and demonstration model for other cities’ official reception management in China. |
