The Existing Problem And Countermeasures Research Of Hainan Province’s Official Reception Management

Three public consumptions is a hot issue in society in recent years, and as one of the consumptions, official reception has been criticized for long time. On December4,2012, the central committee of the communist party politburo meeting examined and approved the "eight provisions". One of the "saving, against waste" has become a new slogan, people rushed to discussions, strong reactions, got the support of the people and maintain the image of the party and the government, is also under the new situation of the new government put forward new requirements.In order to improve the official reception management, Hainan province combined with the actual and launched the "twenty provisions". Most departments can strictly implement the provisions in the relevant official reception requirements, insist on the industry and thrift reception, the standard reception, resolutely resist all the bad habits, reception cost greatly reduced compared with the same period last year. But there are still some problems, such as official reception system design flaws, the influence of the poor consumer culture, punishment is not strong enough, etc., how to further standardize management of official reception, is an important task faced by the provincial government.This article uses the case analysis, comparative analysis of the comprehensive research methods, through a lot of investigation and analysis, deeply analyze the current situation of Hainan official reception, existing problems and the cause of the problem analysis, this paper expounds the domestic typical official reception management mode, the main advantages and disadvantages, and with the United States, Europe, Japan’s official reception management way of comparison, puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the official reception in management of Hainan province.
