Research On Rural Human Settlement Environment Governance In Yesheng Town,Qingtongxia City,Ningxia From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the strategy of rural revitalization should adhere to the principle of giving priority to the development of agriculture and rural areas,and implement it in accordance with the general requirements of prosperous industry,livable ecology,civilized rural style,effective governance and affluent life.In order to achieve the overall revitalization of the countryside,it is necessary to meet the standards of beautiful environment,ecological livability,environment tourism and industry industry.In essence,it emphasizes that the governance of rural human settlements has a strong role in promoting rural revitalization,and is an integral part of rural revitalization.Although the rapid development of China’s social economy has provided a broad space for the change of the urban-rural pattern,because China has been under the urban-rural dual structure for a long time,the grass-roots government has a capacity dilemma in carrying out specific rural human settlements governance,lacks strategic thinking on rural human settlements governance,and in the implementation process,there are problems such as insufficient subsidies,poor multi cooperation effect The problems such as the disunity of assessment and evaluation standards occur frequently and "rebound" frequently.The governance of rural human settlements has always been in an exploratory process of governance,which is still far from the people’s yearning for a better life.As an important part of the rural revitalization strategy,the governance of rural human settlements has farreaching significance for achieving coordinated urban and rural development,narrowing the development gap,and achieving people’s prosperity.On the basis of understanding and sorting out relevant literature and research on rural human settlements,this paper takes Yesheng Town,Qingtongxia City,Ningxia,as the research object,selects representative interviewees,adopts field observation and interview methods,summarizes five problems and reasons according to the interview content,and is based on coordinating the cooperation of multiple subjects,coordinating multiple resources,and improving the government’s governance ability and level,Using the theory of multiple governance and the theory of public governance,the paper puts forward suggestions on the improvement of human settlements from five aspects.Based on personal work experience,the author chooses "Yesheng Town,Qingtongxia City,Ningxia" as the research object,and intends to discuss the improvement and optimization of rural human settlements from the perspective of grass-roots government,hoping to provide reference for grass-roots government on rural human settlements governance,and better contribute to the economic and social development of rural areas.
