Research On The Modernization Of Farmers’ Ideas Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

If the nation wants to revive,the countryside will revitalize.As a big agricultural country,China has always made agriculture,rural areas and farmers the top priority of China’s development.At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core paid close attention to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and put forward the rural revitalization strategy.Based on this,in order to realize the great rejuvenation of the nation,we must realize rural revitalization and accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural farmers.Thought is the guide of action.Based on the reality that China’s rural population accounts for the vast majority,in order to realize the modernization of agriculture,rural farmers and the modernization of the country,we must pay attention to the changes of farmers’ ideas and promote the modernization of farmers’ ideas.At present,although the main trend of farmers’ ideas has always been positive and healthy,some farmers still have some negative and narrow ideas,which seriously restricts the development and progress of farmers.In the future,on the basis of promoting rural revitalization,we must solve the problems of farmers’ ideas,realize the modernization of farmers’ ideas and promote the construction of national modernization.Based on the background of rural revitalization,this paper studies the modernization of farmers’ ideology.On the basis of clarifying the theoretical overview and aiming at the goals and requirements of rural revitalization,it selects X village in Xiangfen County,Linfen City as a sample,and points out the existing problems and makes effective analysis by combining questionnaire and interview.First of all,it analyzes the relevant theoretical overview of the modernization of peasants’ ideology,which not only clarifies the three main concepts of modernization,peasants’ modernization and peasants’ ideology,but also deeply studies the thoughts of Marx,Engels,Lenin and the successive leaders of the Communist Party of China,and further points out its theoretical basis.Secondly,based on the goals and requirements of rural revitalization,the new requirements for the modernization of farmers’ ideology are put forward,namely: Farmers should set up the concept of active market economy,farmers should have the ecological and environmental protection concept of life community,farmers should have the idea of carrying forward the good "three winds",farmers should set up the rural governance concept of "three governance integration" and farmers should have the modern life concept of advancing with The Times.Thirdly,through the analysis of samples,to explore the status quo of farmers’ ideas and causes of problems.It is realized that some farmers still have traditional backward economic ideas and some bad ecological ideas and behaviors,their spiritual and cultural world is relatively empty,and the concept of participating in rural governance and life are relatively conservative,which seriously affects the process of modernization of farmers’ ideas.The causes are mainly reflected in the following aspects: the rural economic level is relatively backward,the farmer ecological construction is relatively backward,the rural cultural construction is relatively insufficient,the rural governance work is relatively weak,the rural living standard is relatively low.Finally,in view of existing problems,mainly from infrastructure,hard support and consciousness of the peasants in the three aspects ideas of modern booster path,specific measures include: to strengthen the construction of the basis of the concept of modern farmers,strengthen farmers’ ideas of modern hard support,enhance farmers’ ideas of modern consciousness.
