Evaluationg Of Rural Revitalization In Xin Xiang District And Its Implementting Strategies

The report at the 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area are fundamental issues closely related to the national economy and the people's livelihood,that solving the "three rural issues" must be always taken as the most important task of the whole party,and that we must implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy.The Rural Revitalization Strategy is an important strategy of the national development,a key to realize the Chinese dream,and an inevitable requirement to meet the growing material and cultural needs of the people,with the base to solve the "three rural issues" and the purpose to realize the agricultural modernization.However,the revitalization of the rural areas is a strategy too general and too systematic,characterized by wide coverage,large population and difficult implementation.An investigation into the introduction background,the implementing purpose and significance,as well as analysis of practical experiences of rural revitalizations both at home and abroad would be helpful to better implement the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and to formulate policies suitable for local rural developments.This research,based on the Third National Agricultural Census in Xinxiang City,evaluates the rural development,and analyses the development characteristics in Xinxiang.It is found that the development level of agricultural modernization in the whole city has been continuously raised,the rural condition and environment significantly improved,and the quality of farmers' life constantly enhanced.It is also revealed that small farmers are the main force of production and operation,and regional characteristics are gradually highlighted as well.The paper shows that the rural modernization in Xinxiang is in the middle stage of development by evaluating five aspects of rural revitalization in Xinxiang,namely the modernization of rural industry,rural governance,rural ecology,rural life and rural culture.Besides,it analyses strengths and weaknesses during the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy in Xinxiang,and finally puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to break through the predicament of development and implement Rural Revitalization Strategy comprehensively.
