Studyon The Application Status And Optimization Measures Of Government Collaborative Office Platform

With the rapid development of information technology and the Internet,the business model and management model of government affairs have undergone profound changes.Traditional collaborative office systems are generally not highly scalable and integrated,with poor user experience,making it difficult to support the needs of government operations.In order to promote the construction of digital government and achieve the interconnection of office at all levels,various provinces and cities have built multi-tier government collaboration platforms,such as Zhengzhou City’s "Zhengzheng Ding" platform."Zheng Zheng Ding(郑政钉)" is one of the government administration affairs platform.However,there are many problems in its promotion and application by government departments,and it is difficult to promote collaborative work based on this platform.It is important to study the current application status and optimization measures of the government collaborative office platform,so as to bring into play the maximum value of this platform.It can improve the government’s collaborative governance capacity and build a technology-driven and platform-based government.This paper takes a third-party perspective,through literature reading,questionnaire surveys and interviews with relevant personnel,and selecting the application of Zhengzhou’s governmental collaborative office platform as the research object,using process reengineering theory and collaboration theory as the theoretical basis,we aim to study the current situation of the application of governmental collaborative office platform in depth.Firstly,the research background and significance of this paper are explained,and the research results on governmental collaborative office platforms in the academic field are sorted out.Secondly,the basic concepts involved in this paper are defined,and the theories supporting the research are introduced.Then,we outline the general application characteristics of the government collaborative office platform from three aspects:the gradual expansion of the coverage of the government collaborative office platform,the application of the"Internet+collaborative office" model,and the accelerated trend of mobile application.This paper also discusses in detail the promotion and implementation of the Zhengzhou government collaborative office platform and its application benefits in conjunction with specific cases.After these,this paper points out the existing problems in the application of the "Zheng Zheng Ding" platform.From the perspective of government management and the platform itself,it is difficult to share data across departments based on the platform,and the phenomenon of emphasis on construction rather than application exists prominently,the stability,ease of use and security of the platform need to be improved.In turn,the deep-seated reasons for these problems are revealed in terms of inside and outside government,Finally,practical and implementable suggestions are put forward and conclusions are drawn with regard to the typical problems that exist in the application of government collaborative office platforms.With the rapid development of science and technology,the technical aspects of the application of the government collaborative office platform are no longer the main problem.The human-related factor is the key factor in deepening the application of the platform.Coordinating the relationship between government entities,third-party software service providers and the platform is the core of successful promotion and application of the government collaborative office platform.First,the government should design from the top,coordinate planning,break down information barriers,and establish a sound system to guarantee the efficient operation of the platform.Secondly,third-party software service providers should optimize their services and speed up the iterative development of the platform.Finally,from the perspective of the platform,it is necessary to optimize the operational experience of the product and fully adapt to the localized environment.
