Cross-departmental Collaboration Research On Public Crisis In Langfang City Under The Background Of Smart City

In the process of urbanization,there are various new crises,how to deal with these crises is the main problem of government thinking.In the face of various problems in the process of urbanization development,they are solved by information technology,which is the basic direction of the current urban management,and the concept of smart city appears accordingly.Smart city serves as an innovative path of urban development.Especially in the process of public crisis handling,cross-departmental cooperation needs to rely on the construction of smart city,through the realization of multi-network integrated development,and finally realize the information,digitalization and intelligence of cross-departmental cooperation.The construction of smart city lays the foundation for cross-departmental cooperation of urban public crisis,but in the process of development,cross-departmental cooperation of urban public crisis also faces many challenges.Therefore,we must strengthen the research in this aspect.This paper uses questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods to analyze the cross-departmental collaboration of Langfang public crisis in the context of smart city.Based on the overview of the research background and significance of this paper,and to analyze the current research situation of scholars at home and abroad.We also define the relevant nouns involved in this study,and briefly analyze the theory involved in this paper.Subsequently,the construction,characteristics and results of the coordination mechanism of urban public crisis governance under smart cities were analyzed.Based on the investigation and analysis,the collaborative governance of urban public crisis at the present stage was studied,and the causes of the problems were analyzed.Finally,how to realize the cross-departmental cooperative governance of urban public crisis under the construction of smart city.Through the final study,it is found that there is still very serious inter-departmental cooperation of Langfang urban public crisis,the interests of departments above the overall interests,significant lack of departmental trust,weak information communication ability of departments,and lack of authority of cooperative management.The reason for the problem is that on the one hand,the lack of top-level coordination governance system,lack of ideological understanding of departmental management personnel,and lack of cross-departmental collaborative governance mechanism.On the other hand,the problem of information island is very prominent at the present stage,and the lack of perfect cross-departmental coordination system.In view of the current existing problems in the current langfang development,the government should focus on all aspects,not only to build cross-departmental coordination governance system,at the same time to build perfect personnel training system,speed up the cross-departmental collaborative intelligent platform,establish a perfect cross-departmental collaborative system,by constantly improve the relevant system,using smart city platform to achieve information sharing,finally achieve the governance goal.
